The location was superb next to train station and metro, the staffs were fantastic, friendly and helpfull and the room was clean and nice view also very good soundproofed on the window because we couldn’t hear any road noise at all.

The room was too warm and too hot at night , we couldn’t open the windows because of mosquitoes came inside the room and we got easily infected by mosquitoes bites. We had a small fan in the room but a little bit noisy. The toilet seat was not secured properly so it was slightly loose. The lamp on the room was not secured too and hang loosely on the ceiling but everything else were perfect 👍👌

Great location! Exactly across the street from train station and 5min walking distance from International train station! Shops near by and everything you need! Comfortable, small room. It was very warm, had small table/ closet and comfortable bed.

It was a bit confusing about getting in, as it is done only by QR codes and internet. Outside door opening didn't work for us, but we were lucky that other people at that time also went inside. Maybe need to think about some staff being there or being reachable at any time to be able to get inside the hotel.

No street or guest noise. Room was very small but very clean. Comfy, large bed and enough wardrobe space for a weekend away. Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Key system worked perfectly - first time using a QR code and we were a bit unsure how well it would work but didn't have a single problem with it. Screenshot of the QR works fine, too. Bottles of free water in the hall. Plugs on either side of the bed so we could both charge our phones .We both got in the tiny lift with 2 rucksacks. Was a squeeze but manageable.

Loo and shower room are tiny, but always had hot water available. Would have liked tea/coffee facilities but prefer a low price so that was to be expected.

The lovely French windows (which gave great views of the typical Lille street the hotel is based on) from the top floor room we were assigned. The fact that the property rewards sustainability (if you stay for two or more nights and forego having your sheets & towels changed you get a free 500 ml water bottle). The staff all spoke very good English. The bed mattress was comfortable and the noise from other rooms or the outside world is minimal. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect - you can reach the old town by foot very easily and anything further afield means you can use the metro which is literally at your doorstep! Just superb hotel altogether!

location is great - 10 mins walk from Eurostar and very central location - new modernized hotel - nice clean comfortable rooms and fresh breakfast. Staff were helpful - phone in entrance for instance help.

No proper reception - difficult entry and key system which didn't work for me - very high tec. Elevator only took one person and slow - Hotel is very nice but personally I would not stay here again because for the entry system.

Great little two star hotel located smack bang in the middle of Lille. I visited in early July 2023. Location: 10 minute walk from Lille Europe (top tip, cut through Gare de Lille Flandres). Hotel directly opposite side entrance to Gare de Lille Flandres. Three brasseries and a Carrefour City right outside. 10 minute walk to La Grande Place, 10-15 minute walk to Tourist Office. Gare de Lille Flandres connects you with lots of interesting places such as Arras (27 Euros return for 1 Adult). Room: I was travelling alone and had room 603. This is on the top floor and in the middle of the building when you stand outside. Good view, very French. Room had queen size bed I think, mattress not too soft or hard for me, slept quite well on it after a couple of nights; small bathroom through sliding door containing toilet, shower, sink, illuminated mirror; small cupboard for one; small desk for one; two windows and one set of French doors so plenty of light and ventilation; thick blackout curtains; no air conditioning so had to keep windows open at night during (remember to bring insect repellent); laminated wooden or polymer floor; hotel sends you a QR code to your phone to open both the room and hotel main entrance (top tip, don't put your phone right up to the lock, hold it a couple of inches away). Staircase: traditional French looking spiral staircase with traditional French looking lift running up its centre. Breakfast: small dining room on first floor with seating for between 15-20 people. Very generous. Coffee machine offering various styles of coffee and hot water for tea; tea bags provided; Fresh baguette, fresh brown seeded loaf; two different types of brioch/sweet bread; pain au chocolats, croissants, a selection of conserves; muesli, mixed nuts and dried fruit; in the fridge they had various fruit juices, plain and flavoured yoghurts, small portions of butter and brie, fresh milk; a fruit bow. Staff: all very young, polite and helpful.

Air conditioning would have been nice.

Me and my girlfriend took the corner room with the 3 windows. The view is amazing from there. Very welcoming atmosphere with lemonade. The elevator is the classic cute iron bar elevator which I really adore. Generally, the hotel is like the Continental from the John Wick franchise. Comfortable bed and nice little bathroom. Very soundproof too.

We weren't satisfied with the heater. Even cranked up to the maximum, it didn't produce so much heat for the night and my girlfriend was cold.

Very modern hotel right in the centre of Lille. Entry to room and hotel is via a QR code on your phone so make sure battery is charged! It worked very well. We visited for the rugby and when we arrived we had some gifts on the bed of a bag/baseball caps/mini foam rugby ball and beer mats. The room is very modern with uncarpeted floor, everything was very clean. It is quite a tall building and there is a very small lift. Breakfast was provided and this was really nice with everything you could want from a continental breakfast. The location is fantastic, very close to the train station for Eurostar and there is a direct bus from the airport as well, you are right in the centre of town with lot's of restaurants/bars in easy walking distance. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is not really a reception but was always someone around when we were there.

The smallish TV in our room was wall mounted and I found it difficult to view from the bed.

Comfortable room in great location - walking distance to Eurostar Station and city sites. Lille is such an interesting city with lots of history, great food and friendly people. The Tourist Bureau had many leaflets with loads of information. I especially liked the self guided City Walks booklet.

As a member of the older generation, the electronic access took some getting used to. Fortunately there was a helpful staff member on site when I arrived who explained the system to me.

I chose this hotel due to the location to the train station and bus stop. We arrived by bus from England and being the first time in Lille this hotel matched our criteria. The barcode scan is a pretty cool system to getting into the hotel and the hotel room. very cosy room. Nothing fancy but we plan to walk around all day anyways and just needed a bed to sleep. Breakfast was perfect ! croissants and great coffee machine. A cold water filter to fill up your water bottle. Fruits, nuts etc. Restaurants close by, and close to popular landmarks. Now that I have been to Lille and know the area I can explore for next time

As a note if you get hot easy at night this hotel may not work for you. There is no A/C which I was aware of before booking.
