The hotel is very central, next to the Lille Flandres train station. Friendly staff, nice hotel bar.

The room could use some renovation. The window didn't open anymore, the bathroom has seen better times, although everything was still functional.

To a certain extent the location is good - close to Gare Lille Flandres and reasonably close to Lille Europe and intercity bus services. Not too far (12-15 minutes walking from downtown). A bit far from places such as the Citadel or the University - bus stations are not very close. The vicinity gets dirty in the evenings and morning and some shady characters are around. The hotel itself is clean, my room was decently sized, all services very convenient, internet runs great, they have a restaurant and non-stop bar services and the stuff is very good, friendly and helpful. Overall good value for the money.

The breakfast is good but very, very repetitive. I stayed for 5 days including both weekend days and nothing ever changed.

We liked a lot: - the breakfast: very diverse, with a lot of options. Totally worth the pay! - the attention to waste: large bottles of shampoo, soap in the bathroom, towels changed only if on the floor, no plastic water bottles, the breakfas (jam) jars were large, with option to self-serve as much as needed, etc. - the position: we traveled by train so it was right next to train station Lille Flandres. Excellent location for us! - spacious room with fridge and coffee/tea makers - the toys, books and games in the lobby - the general atmosphere : very colorful, clean, friendly

We liked a bit less: - the bed matresses and pillows - not very comfy - the temperature in the room : it was too warm without possibility to chage temperature or open the window (it was beginning of May, rather chilly outside)

Comfortable beds and good size room for a small family. It is on a busy street so can get slightly noisy but at night this was reduced so we slept well. Staff friendly and spoke English. Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment. The room is a little tired and not new, but for 2 nights not a major problem. Location is ok, maybe next time would like to be more central but close to both stations which is what we wanted!

Good, clean spacious rooms, with pull out bed to toddler. The ground floor lobby space is very great and superb if you have a little toddler, who wants to play with the games available. Also the free water fountain in the lobby and fridge in room are excellent at minimising plastic wastage. Good little bar and breakfast.

Our room faced the flat roof to rear, although we did go for most affordable option. I think you had to fry/boil your own eggs, which seemed novel, first time I have encountered. Probably won’t be the last.

The staff were lovely. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds comfortable and the hotel was very nice. This was a good option close to the two Lille train stations, for a very quick one night stop.

The walls seemed thin and it was generally very noisy from the other rooms around us. Not helped by being woken by people coming in to their rooms late at night.

Day of departure I had to pay much extra amount but the manager mailed to say they have returned the money. However, already one week and am still waiting. No confirmation of return transaction from bank.. so kind of worried.

Close to the centre of Lille and railway stations. 20 minute walk to Cita Parc and the zoo. Ideal for families. We had a double bed and sofa bed for the three of us. Breakfast has a wide choice and staff are efficient in topping up food and clearing away tables etc. Room was clean and there were enough towels. The bar area has board games and table football so great for relaxing. Lunchtime menu looked great although didn't have time to try it.

Nothing really......perhaps some better pillows as they were a bit lumpy, but that was personal choice.

The location is super. Close to the stations and central Lille. The staff are welcoming and the hotel is relaxed and caters well for its guests, especially families. Excellent breakfast with wide choice of foods. Great size room for three of us.

1. It's not far from the station at all. Directions by foot: if you arrive at Flanders Lille station go to the McDonald's and take your left. Go straight and there is the hotel. 2. All the receptionist are very helpful and kind! 3. I could leave our luggage at the reception after check-out 4. VERY DELICIOUS BREAKFAST! 5. Games are available to play with children in the area next to the reception. We had a lovely safe stay! Thank you

If I want too be picky in the room some dirt here and there on the floor + one of the cushions that was on the bed was dirty but when I put a sign on the door for cleaning , it was replaced and the room was also cleaned. Thanks to the cleaning lady on 5th floor!
