Everything! Arrival: Great friendly welcome when you arrive - easy loading bay/30 min free parking when you arrive allowing family to get checked in easily. Rooms: Comfortable, clean room and beds with access to balcony. Double sink and good shower/bath. Amenities: Decent indoor swimming pool (a rarity in Belgian hotels), plus fantastic array of spa rooms (multiple saunas, steam rooms and a quiet "star-lit" room). Well-equipped gym too! Food & Beverage: Lovely bar, which is popular amongst locals and the breakfast had an amazing selection from healthy to kids faves such as nutella and biscoff spread. Eggs made as you like them by the chef in front of you and lots of gluten-free and vegan options too. Staff were friendly and showed great customer care throughout, even after check-out.

The pool and wellness are definitely a highlight. It's brand new and a really nice addition. The wellness options exceeding my expectations. The hotel is also larger than I expected and the shared areas have great design. I did feel the room decor was a bit cold but it also emphasizes the space and cleanliness. Breakfast was great and the front desk staff was helpful.

The street in front of the hotel was closed during my stay. Not something the hotel could control but I would have appreciated being informed my email in advance as the access to the parking was closed. This caused some stress on arrival to figure it all out.

Fabulous hotel in a lovely town we had not been aware of before we stayed but which looked like somewhere we would like to come back to explore when we have more time. The spa facilities were amazing! These definitely set the hotel apart from others. The restaurant was closed for dinner as it was a public holiday but we had a tasty meal at the bar with great service instead. Breakfast also great and the room was fantastic! Wish we had stayed longer!

Access to parking is a little tight with a big car but there were ample spaces once we had made it down into the garage.

hotel is very nice and comfy, staff is great! at the time of our stay, the restaurant was under construction/repairs/maintenance, but the bar was great and they also serve food if you need. great bar, great staff. the breakfast is fantastic, has everything and all is fresh and delicious. the pool and wellness center is beautiful and was really chill. room was nice and had room for everything, even our open luggage, and bedroom and bathroom were very, very clean. very quiet at night, you can sleep really well.

parking is a little bit tricky. the parking place is very good and right below the hotel, but there are only a few parking spots. we've payed in advance for parking during our stay, and one night the parking was full and we had to ditch the car outside. of course the hotel return the money for that parking day, but keep that in mind that if the hotel is full. also, we were on a very busy weekend, so the hotel was packed. breakfast is amazing, but sometimes it gets really crowded... lines for entering, wait for seating, lines for coffee, lines for food, etc. and it is not the staffs fault, they are very busy and trying to do their best (and being really nice) but the organizing and maybe the infrastructure struggles when the hotel is at full capacity.

Good location close to town and the railway station. Friendly staff. The hotel is clean, comfortable and with good facilities.

The room was big but felt sparse and was unpractical with stairs between the room and the bathroom, few power sockets, and no reading light by the bed. Balcony without furniture (and no view). The bathroom was nice but did not have ventilation, poor lighting, no space to put your toiletries or hooks to hang clothes. The breakfast was nice but rather limited and with long queues for coffee etc.

The staff were very helpful and everywhere in the hotel was in really good condition internally. The Jules Bar was very pleasant for a drink, with heaters if you wanted to sit outside, but as the bar menu was a little limited we went to the main restaurant and had a really excellent meal. There was a good range of food on offer for breakfast.

There was plenty of room in the car park but the entrance ramp down to it is rather steep. The wellness centre was closed for maintenance, although we probably wouldn't have used it anyway.

The Park Hotel has a free spa for guests. I liked it very much. Evenings the bar is very good to have a chat with colleagues and not colleagues. It is located in the city center so if you want to go to other bars or restaurants, it is very convenient.

The parking is a labyrinth and a mouse hole. The parking slots are very tight and it is very difficult to get off the car once you have parked. The personnel at the reception is not very friendly.

The breakfast was exceptional. The swimming pool was wonderful. The staff were very attentive. Our room and bathroom were immaculate and very comfortable.

Our room was cold and how to use the thermostat was confusing but staff helped us. The TV channels in the information book were unavailable due to lack of signal only Belgian channels were available. We were charged EIGHT EUROS EACH to use the bathrobes and one had a belt missing.

It was a very nice stay in April... I really appreciated the kindness of the staff especially Emilie, Véronique, Fedor and the lady at the breakfast. Breakfast great, the pool is great. I didn't had time for all the wellness part as it only start in the afternoon. But guess what ? I back with the family tonight for the weekend. Guillaume

The hotel is located in a central location with its own garage and therefore accessible via either private or public transportation. The wellness center was fantastic and so was breakfast. The dinner the the restaurant was also excellent.

The shower could have been cleaner I saw some hair on the floor and so is the service at the restaurant, i had to go to the counter to ask for the bill. It’s not a big deal since the staff was friendly.
