It was my first experience at a B&B and I must say I quite liked it, the hostess is very friendly and helpful, she made every effort to make our stay at this place comfortable, Broel4 is located on the river Lys and very close to the Broel towers but location is still quite peaceful and quiet during night. Breakfast is freshly prepared (every morning bread and croissants are freshly made by the lady of the house), enough variety for every taste, evening tea time is quite nice as well. Each room has a unique design with personal touch and washrooms are very well kept and clean. Rooms either face the river or interior garden. Good price/quality ratio.

A minor gripe, as this building might be quite old, even though rooms are renovated but you still feel a certain smell when you enter inside, most people might not notice but I am quite sensitive to smell/fragrances and there were too many air fresheners (sticks and paper based) used in the room where I stayed, removing those fresheners and opening windows did not help either so I ended up having a headache from those strong fragrances. But it might be just me and other people may not even feel it.

Excellent stay and excellent host, Veronique was very helpful and I was able to use the breakfast room for my meetings, which was a great help. Breakfast was delicious with freshly made eggs and complimentary hot drinks, biscuits during the stay. Excellent location near the main square and restaurant + Irish pub literally next door to the property.

Nothing - except lots of roadworks in the area that did complicate finding the property, but of course nothing related to the property itself.

This is a lovely modern B&B in the centre of Kortrijk - in view of the Broel towers. The host made us feel very welcome and introduced us to the family dog! There is a kitchen to make drinks, with biscuits - and this leads out into the garden where there are seats. Breakfast was very good. Our room was modern, clean and well decorated. We particularly appreciated that there was a lift to the first floor room. The area is quiet and close to the main square.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful bed and breakfast run by an incredibly loving couple. Each of the four rooms had a unique design and was decorated with great attention to detail. I was particularly impressed by the spacious bathroom with its super bathtub and freestanding shower. The breakfast was an absolute highlight and served in the charming breakfast room, which blew me away. Everything was perfectly presented, and nothing was missing. The couple who runs the bed and breakfast welcomed us with so much warmth and hospitality. They gave us lots of useful information about the area and even found a restaurant for us, despite everything being fully booked. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast from the bottom of my heart and look forward to coming back soon to enjoy the warm and welcoming atmosphere once again."

Stylish bed and breakfast, it’s like a boutique hotel in a fantastic location, quiet. What you see on the pictures is what you get. Love that has the toilet apart. The owner takes good care of her guests. I would definitely come back.

The room was spacious with an excellent view of the old city towers and surroundings. The hosts were gracious, attentive, and provided lots of little personal touches -- especially for the delicious breakfast. The B&B is easily accessible with secure and reasonably-priced parking only a couple of minutes walk away. This will become our overnight destination of choice for all future visits to Kortrijk.

Very very nice Bed and Breakfast. Location is awesome. We had two rooms, looking towards the Broeltorens. The superior room was very big and had a very nice "loge"-window. The Deluxe room also had a fantastic view. Although a bit smaller than the Superior one, still very spacious. Bathroom is good, spacious, nice products and good shower. Breakfast was delicious, a lot of choice in cheese, meat, eggs, etc... all very fresh, Also super nice service from the daughter. And they have a great dog (which only was allowed in after we agreed to it).

Maybe a little bit the noise from the street at night, but it didn't keep me awake.

Amazing place! Beautifully stylish, fantastic breakfast, super-friendly welcome. One of the most lovely places I've stayed. We sill definitely return.
