hotel is very nice and comfy, staff is great! at the time of our stay, the restaurant was under construction/repairs/maintenance, but the bar was great and they also serve food if you need. great bar, great staff. the breakfast is fantastic, has everything and all is fresh and delicious. the pool and wellness center is beautiful and was really chill. room was nice and had room for everything, even our open luggage, and bedroom and bathroom were very, very clean. very quiet at night, you can sleep really well.

parking is a little bit tricky. the parking place is very good and right below the hotel, but there are only a few parking spots. we've payed in advance for parking during our stay, and one night the parking was full and we had to ditch the car outside. of course the hotel return the money for that parking day, but keep that in mind that if the hotel is full. also, we were on a very busy weekend, so the hotel was packed. breakfast is amazing, but sometimes it gets really crowded... lines for entering, wait for seating, lines for coffee, lines for food, etc. and it is not the staffs fault, they are very busy and trying to do their best (and being really nice) but the organizing and maybe the infrastructure struggles when the hotel is at full capacity.

Good location close to town and the railway station. Friendly staff. The hotel is clean, comfortable and with good facilities.

The room was big but felt sparse and was unpractical with stairs between the room and the bathroom, few power sockets, and no reading light by the bed. Balcony without furniture (and no view). The bathroom was nice but did not have ventilation, poor lighting, no space to put your toiletries or hooks to hang clothes. The breakfast was nice but rather limited and with long queues for coffee etc.

The staff were very helpful and everywhere in the hotel was in really good condition internally. The Jules Bar was very pleasant for a drink, with heaters if you wanted to sit outside, but as the bar menu was a little limited we went to the main restaurant and had a really excellent meal. There was a good range of food on offer for breakfast.

There was plenty of room in the car park but the entrance ramp down to it is rather steep. The wellness centre was closed for maintenance, although we probably wouldn't have used it anyway.

The Park Hotel has a free spa for guests. I liked it very much. Evenings the bar is very good to have a chat with colleagues and not colleagues. It is located in the city center so if you want to go to other bars or restaurants, it is very convenient.

The parking is a labyrinth and a mouse hole. The parking slots are very tight and it is very difficult to get off the car once you have parked. The personnel at the reception is not very friendly.

The breakfast was exceptional. The swimming pool was wonderful. The staff were very attentive. Our room and bathroom were immaculate and very comfortable.

Our room was cold and how to use the thermostat was confusing but staff helped us. The TV channels in the information book were unavailable due to lack of signal only Belgian channels were available. We were charged EIGHT EUROS EACH to use the bathrobes and one had a belt missing.

The hotel is located in a central location with its own garage and therefore accessible via either private or public transportation. The wellness center was fantastic and so was breakfast. The dinner the the restaurant was also excellent.

The shower could have been cleaner I saw some hair on the floor and so is the service at the restaurant, i had to go to the counter to ask for the bill. It’s not a big deal since the staff was friendly.

Our two rooms in the southern wing of the hotel were spotlessly clean and very comfortable (with Nespresso coffee, minibar, new bathroom); The gym is very well-equipped with modern training facilities (even a rowing machine), the personell was very friendly and the hotel is ideally located next to the station and only a few minutes away from the city centre and the small river flowing through Kortrijk (called Leie, I think). A highlight was the brilliant breakfast with a vast variety of very well tasting products. Actually, I have never had a better breakfast in my life. Belgium at its best!

We got bitten mutiple times by some insects (moquitos) while sleeping at night during our two nights´ stay (we had the windows open). The mosqutio bites did not really affect our stay (they are rather an annoying souvenir after an otherwise wonderful stay), but it would be good if the hotel checked the reason for this. The wifi was not always stable in the rooms.

It's a very lovely hotel with a professional staff. Our son is studying and playing handball there so when we visit, this hotel will definitely our HQ. This was only an overnight trip so we didn't try the spa or pool. The breakfast was good and we were able to have a last family meal at an additional cost which is important. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower spacious. The only concern was a loose faucet which I'm sure will be fixed.

The music in the bar was quite loud where you had to shout. That said, there were several patrons and we chose to go somewhere else for drinks. Also, while direct access to the parking is understandably closed, telling people at when they check in would be helpful so they aren't wandering around trying to find a way in🤣 However these were just minor inconveniences - not enough to damper a great stay but should maybe be dealt with.

The hotel is fairly modern. The hotel is very centrally located. The room is quite small and basic but has all the necessary amenities. The bar with a DJ en directo... is a nice touch. Also, the fact that the bar stays open late is nice.

The room was a little basic and quite small. It would be good if the hotel invested in large wall mounted smart TVs, which are not expensive in today's age. The breakfast could have had a few more options. I have stayed 3 times in this hotel and when I pass my request for eggs and bacon, it is never right. I recommend going to the kitchen counter...

Great hotel next to the railway station and close to the center of Kortrijk. We found a comfortable bed in a modern and good looking room with a nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of choice and great quality.

A few extra amenities in the bathroom would have been appreciated. And by coincidence I heard another client on the phone with the reception asking for a plastic chair in the shower, only to hear that the hotel has no plastic chairs. I would guess such a thing could be fetched.
