The breakfast was excellent: varied, plentiful and very fresh. The hotel's location is perfect, 10/10! It’s just a short walk (a few minutes) to the train station, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and more. The 24/7 staff are very helpful and friendly. There’s also a handy minibar, great for enjoying a drink after a long day. That said, the quality/price ratio is very good overall

The room is small, really meant for one person - for a couple it would feel quite tight. The additional spaces needed for a work trip (like a desk or table) are limited, so you have to adapt. This is typical in Europe, but there's always room for improvement.

This was a great place to stay and good value for money. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The breakfast was excellent with a range of warm and cold options (you can see these in the photos). The staff is super helpful, available 24/7 and the location is great, walking distance to the main station and close to good restaurants and shopping area. There are also some grocery shops close by that are open till late.

Considering this was one of the best value for money stays on Booking at the time of booking, I cannot complain really. But if you're super sensitive, a little nitpick would be that you can hear the neighbouring guests (side or above) talk, walk etc. so if you're super sensitive use the earplugs provided. In my case I was fine though.

I liked the location, in the city center and close to the train station. The staff was nice and always helpful, specially the receptionists and the ladies that served breakfast. It was a bit hard to understand and comunicate with the cleaning ladies as they did not speak English and my Dutch is limited but overall it was all good.

There was a light that kept ghosting us if I can write that. It was turning on and off but other than that, it was all good.

Great central location. Good value for basic hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Construction going on outside which did not concern me and hotel supplied earplugs. Good TV .Breakfast was good value for the price. Good air-conditioning in the heat. Cold drink available in the lobby.

Due to the hot weather they offered free cold drinks consisting of water and some sort of lemonade which in my opinion was very tasty. The location is also superbe when you arrive with public transport since it is close to the train and bus station and its litterly located in the city center. Personel was also very friendly. Sidenote: Can't say anything about the breakfast since I didn't include it in my stay.

There is not actually any downside since I just stayed for one night, but if I had to say something it would be that theres not a lot of sound isolation between the rooms. Besides this no real cons.

The location was fantastic! We had a van, and the underground parking was very affordable. The parking garage was spacious, and the elevator dropped us off right next to the hotel. What really stood out was the service. The staff were absolutely wonderful—nothing was too much trouble. Very positive experience, thank you!

The staff were really friendly, polite and extremely helpful! We had a problem in our first room and they were very helpful in arranging another room for us—even gave us an upgrade! You can't beat the location either! Super close to the train station and to the main spots of the town. I'd stay there again!

The beds weren't that comfortable, unfortunately. There were two separate single mattresses instead of one, which made sleeping in the middle impossible.

Very clean. Helpful staff. Good range of goods for breakfast. Even possibility if ordering a pizza in the evening.

Although I thoroughly understand the need for a deposit to cover for bad behaviour, breakages etc., £150 is quite a lot of money and it would be useful to be informed of this beforehand.

Staff were super professional explaining exactly what the routine was. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just perfect with various dishes.

Only down side for us, no provision for evening food you have to go out, and having to use a public carpark, you have to take everything to your room.

I have been travelling for work to my client in Belgium and I strongly recommend ibis Kortrijk centrum hotel! It is ideal hotel for business trips, fast and professional admin service, clean room. Looking forward for my next business trip to Belgium and I have already booked again the services of ibis Kortrijk centrum hotel!
