Comfortable bed and clean room with good shower. I really like that style of it's small mini private hotal for small group of people. The staff are very welcome, polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The shower soap- Istanbul perfume fagrance is very delightful. Also very nice area and quiet. The chairs in the were very comfortable and soft. I enjoy the peaceful music in the breakfast area which is my favourate.

The vantalation was not working in the toilet in my room i think. It was very difficult to breath for me when i closed the toilet door because there was no air in out in the toilet. I dont like that is not views from the window (my personal). The staff were cleaning something out side in the garrage that make us awake in the morning.

The accommodation did not have onsite access to an iron or ironing board. I was travelling for a wedding and needed to iron my suit. I had to get this done elsewhere This was really inconvenient and surprising that an accommodation that offered spa facilities did not have this facility. I do not feel that staff were understanding of this issue nor did they offer any further assistance.

Perfect location for an overnight stay. A nice room for an affordable price. Despite a booking mistake on my part (forgot to include breakfast) the staff managed to provide a gem of a meal in a minimal amount of time. Kudos!

The shower showed some wear and tear and the sink didn't drain quickly but i'm absolutely nitpicking here. I had a more than wonderfull stay.

when checking out the member of staff was not as professional as when we checked on. When checking in the young female staff was very pleasant & professional, extremely helpful, explained how everything in the room worked, etc even this was the only dislike, we plan on returning & booking beauty treatments

The facility is located in between warehouses and other ugly buildings so it lacks holiday vibes.
