The room was beautiful and felt very luxurious. The staff was very kind. When I left for a festival and came back in the night they asked how it was. I felt very welcome. The breakfast area was amazing. A lot of stuff to choose from. There was so much I couldn't try it all in my 2 day stay. Also my view was amazing!

I have just one complaint. The room was too warm. It was 24 degrees when I arrived in the room. With opening the windows and turning down the heater I got it down to 22,5 degrees. I forgot to mention it when I left because the overall stay was so pleasant.

It's a nice little hotel, well hidden in this small town in Belgium. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were there only for one night but it was a pleasant, comfortable one. Would recommend.

It's a bit hard finding the hotel if you come by car but that's more the one way system around the area than anything to do with the hotel, and the reception staff have very helpfully provided us with a map to get there by car, so only a mild inconvenience.

The room was spacious and had a fridge and microwave; the location was excellent, very close to the station and there were shops within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating.

The station was nearby (which was useful) but there were rough people hanging around the station, which is not unusual for stations, but something to be aware of.

Very good location for touring by train. Station is opposite the hotel and trains to Bruge and Brussels available. Staff were friendly, room was clean and tidy.

Excellent location including parking facilities next to hotel. Quite comfortable room with nice seating area. Great breakfast with several options to choose from.

It was clean and fairly new. The beds were good and the staff were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Loads of choice and lovely things to eat. There was courtyard parking as well. Very happy with this hotel.

Location and hotel

The initial guy that booked us in was helpful. Priced a taxi to another town and after discussing the price, it was too expensive. The woman wasn't too happy when we asked to cancel and apparently other guests had the same impression with her attitude.

The cleaning could be improved, but it was fine
