Modern design, temperature, super comfortable beds, location, staff at the reception (a young lady) was very helpful, efficient, professional and nice. Hotel is 24 hours open, very convenient. Well located, plenty of restaurants and bars around. It seems that the hotel restaurant is good because it was full of people but we did not try it. Good value for money.

We wanted to have a coffee and a croissant only, but it was breakfast buffet at 20€pp, which was expensive for what we wanted. The WC door had no lock, not even a handle on the inside to pull the door, not optimal in terms of privacy.

The room was spacious clean lines, bathroom was simply decorated and impeccable. The Lady in charge of breakfast has an excellent sense of humour and was beyond kind when attended us. The Hotel is located opposite a big commercial area but is not noisy at all. We loved the fact that is a Pet-friendly property as well.

The room was very very cold when we entered, and was quite difficult to set the temperature control. Finally, we managed to set it to stay warm. The pillows were not comfy at all. The rest was a perfect stay if you are travelling around and need a stopover in Kortrijk.

My hotel room was generously large and facing onto the street outside. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower room of a very good size. The staff are helpful and attentive.

Nothing that I could fault. Be prepared that if you stay in Kortrijk at Easter weekend that there is a fair in the city centre which goes on until midnight every night. I was aware of this before arrival and does not just affect this hotel.

we arrived at 10a and they had our room ready. that has never happened to me anywhere, ever. all staff were excellent and room was clean and comfortable. location was right in center of town and within walking distance to town center. excellent value for 3 people

the servers at the restaurant were a bit rude with people who came in late for drinks or desert

Communications with Julie and Maarten via Whatsapp couldn't have been clearer or friendlier. Walking into their home with it's elegant period hallway and staircase was a delight and so refreshing after the exigencies of lengthy train travel and negotiating a strange town at night on foot against the background of weekend fairground fun. The apartment, named 'Tartuffe', two floors above, with highly efficient and tastefully chosen modernities, light and quiet, provided precisely the base my nephew and I required for our five night exlorations in West Flanders. Thoughtfully equipped, the most comfortable of beds, no silly 'art' to distract from the interior proportions, and a balcony from which to scrutinize the older brickwork of adjacent buildings, Homey was all we could have hoped for. Doubtless, less rain, more sun, would have added to our Kortrijk 'experience', but............. *It should be noted that, well advertised ahead of our booking and arrival, the stairs, particularly the last flight, would be demanding for some, though aesthetically pleasing. Large room. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Helpful staff. Few minutes from station, good location.

Toilet separate from bathroom with no hand basin. No handles or locks on toilet or bathroom doors. On date of stay, a huge fun fair was immediately outside hotel. Very loud. Prevented sleep before midnight - this should be notified prior to booking. We'd have chosen a different location.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, no eggs on site but the nice lady quickly made us some scrambled eggs (real eggs, not the powder stuff) Comfortable bed and nice pillows (of course this is quite personal)

The bedrooms are a bit dated. Toilet door did not close properly. The blackouts don't do much. At 7am the bedroom was full of light.

All Good! A classic hotel! Great staff, mega helpful. Happy to chat. Super efficient ! Loved my room and the food was great. They could not do enough to help. But its Belgium! What do you expect!! But, they exceeded that! :-)

Comfortable, large bed. Double sink, separate loo and good shower. Storage space. Clean. Helpful staff.

We were on the 5th floor and lift didn't work twice during a 2 day stay. The first time we hauled ourselves up 5 floors. The second time we went to reception and they reset something and the lift worked. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. No soundproofing (street noise in this student town can be loud at the weekend).

The room was nice and clean. It has an interesting open bathroom layout which may be a little tricky if you're sharing a room with someone who's not your intimate partner. The staff was very friendly and the check-in/out process was quick and simple.

This is not the hotel's fault, but there was barely a quiet moment at night due to the big Pentecost city festival. Luckily I was aware of this event beforehand and knowingly booked accommodation at this location.
