True to its name, this accommodation is very comfortable and homey. I was exhausted when I arrived, but left feeling well rested. The rooftop terrace and its view were great perks. The coffee machine was a welcome bonus for a tired traveler like me. I also appreciated the bottle of cold water left in the refrigerator after a hot day. Julie and Maarten were great and thoughtful hosts.

Excellent rooftop studio with huge terrace. Very modern, clean and comfortable with great bed, kitchen and toilet. Located right in the centre of town, great for restaurants and pubs, with bus stop within 100m. Hosts were were helpful.

The shower in the bath is high quality with lots of hot water, but not being able to stand up is less than ideal.

Design, comfort, facilities, clean - a beautiful studio in a beautiful old town house in the centre of Kortrijk. This was my second stay at Homey and will be my home from home whenever I visit Kortrijk. The location is super handy, 5 minute walk from station, main square, swimming pool and fitness centre and the River Leie at the bottom of the street is great for walking or cycling along it Julie is a great host, gave us lots of tips on where to eat and drink in town. Just perfect!

The two apartments were both lovely; they were roomy, well-equipped and immaculately clean. Their layout and design are very well thought-out in order to make the most of the available space. Our friendly hosts, Julie and Martin, communicated with us extremely well and went to extra effort to advise us on a selection of good local restaurants. The location was good – close to the centre of the old town. Parking was easy in the nearby secure car park. All-in-all, highly recommended.

Everything! The pictures are a very real reflection of what you get. Very clean, comfortable with all the mod cons you need for a very pleasant stay. The purpose of the trip was as a base for watching the Tour of Flanders cycling weekend and it’s really convenient, backed up by an amazing patchwork of connected cycling paths. Did I say they were in fantastic condition and it’s truly inspiring that sustainable transportation can work. Back to the review. Kortrijk is a lovely stop with a lot of charm, beautiful buildings and a relaxed atmosphere. It’s a shame I didn’t get to delve into it on this trip as the main focus was cycling , but it’s whetted the appetite to explore the region and particularly the history that has shaped this region. In terms of staples…There’s a fantastic array of food stops, pubs and cafes to suit all manner of cuisines. The owners were really helpful and in the run up to and during our stay were communicative, welcoming and supportive for any needs. What else; There’s parking within 50 yards and it’s safe. All in all, a lovely small B&B and the name is befitting of how you feel. Already planning to come back this time with my partner.

Excellent apartment with great facilities. Very modern and clean with the bonus of a terrace and in a great location to explore the town with amenities only a short stroll away. Julie was very good and supplied us with plenty of information on places to see and where to eat and was on hand via messaging to answer any queries, highly recommended. Parking close by could be arranged for 5 euros a day which was very reasonable

Nothing! The only comment we would make is the apartment we were in was on the top floor so there were a few steps to be climbed so would not be suitable for less mobile people.

No complaints at all. Everything was exceptionally clean and well kept. I think I enjoyed having a terrace the most.

The shower was a bit weirdly placed in the bedroom with no door or curtain to give ypu privacy. Now, I did travel by myself so it was not a problem but if you are travelling with friends, keep that in mind.

The place is very central and everything is brand new in the studio. It has a private kitchen fully equipped with all necessary utensils, and a big terrace where you can enjoy the sunset. I really appreciated the desk where I could work, and the excellent internet connection. The breakfast on the basket was very cute and kept you full until late lunch. Finally, the owners were very welcoming and helpful with anything I asked during and after my stay.

Climbing up/down the stairs with the luggage was a bit difficult, but doable, especially if you are fit! :D

Great location! I spent two nights in the apartment directly under the roof, with a great view to the towers of the city. Only a few minutes to walk to the market place. The hosts provided lots of information upfront, including the code for the doors, so I could enter the place without waiting for anybody. I travelled by car, had reserved the parking and was able to leave most of my luggage in the car - I had been warned about the stairs

I had the topmost apartment in the house, with a bathtub - taking a simple shower is quite difficult because of the pitched roof
