Staff, food and location. All amazing! I read some reviews that the price quality of the food wasn't up to par, but this is absolutely untrue. I had one of the best steaks I've ever had in my life. Like legit amazing! And we thought the price was quite fair.

Not much to complain about maybe just that the light comes in through the door.

The room was big and comfortable, big bulk beds for kids, they loved them. The hotel is near the road but the area is very quite. The restaurant is very good, but they do not accept any orders after 9pm actually at 9pm the kitchen is closed. Very responsive and polite personal. Good parking with very easy access.

The corridors are covered with concrete so there is a terrible echo and you hear everything in the room. I almost could not sleep because first the stuff was seems like cleaning the kitchen till almost 11pm and them someone was either leaving or slamming the door 2am. This is the only but very big disadvantage.

Lovely located modern hotel with good facilities and a great view. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. I can highly recommend the homemade yoghurt. The restaurant has delicious meals and a nice selection of beers as can be expected in Flanders. The only downside of a room with a view, is that you have to climb back up if you go out cycling or on foot ;-)

The beds are quite hard and bulged in the middle, which did get to my back over the nights. After taking a shower the whole bathroom floor is flooded.

Fabulous location, stunning views. Great place with nature all around. Lovely design to the hotel and cafe, a mixture of old and new. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff.

We needed a kettle in our room, however this was rectified immediately when we asked staff.

Breakfast was really good. The restaurant staff/chef was really friendly and helpful. A good working Air conditioning was extra point 👍👍

The room was a bit dirty. I found brown spots and hair on the sheet and duvet. My guess was the sheet was not changed before we came in which was a total disappointment because the room and bed were actually very comfortable. We stayed for only 1 night, but still its not an excuse not to keep it clean

Great hotel. Helpful staff and fabulous value for money. Great reasonably priced food too. Perfect location for cyclists. Nice buffet breakfast included in the price.

No coffee facilities in the room. No electric charging facilities at the property.

We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfy. You have also the possibility to enjoy a good breakfast or to eat in there restaurant and enjoy the panoramic view. There are a lot of hiking and cycling possibilities nearby and also the centre of Ronse is not that far with a 5 min drive. I was doing teleworking from my room where I still could enjoy a panoramic view and had good connection with the wifi. We are defiantly coming back to this place!

The staff were professional and relaxed. The food was everything we'd hoped for. The atmosphere was chilled and friendly. We plan to re-book there when we return to see our Ronse friends. The Sporthotel was one of the best lodgings from our 3 week trip through Europe.

Eh, desk hours could've been a little bit more generous but it wasn't an issue tbh.
