Location, easy to get to, Kettle and supplies plus carton of water. Very helpful restaurant person who spoke english. and lovely meal (salmon & steak). Bar: find a table to be served. There is bike hire and large function areas plus small child play area inside. Own food truck outside. Breakfast ok (bacon, scr. egg, beans hot only, but of plenty of other items) No English breakfast tea only Earl Grey or fruit etc. Coffee/hot water machine. Basic English.

Near the motorway so need to close door to balcony if at front, prob at back too but greener there. Room good, a little worn. Single beds comfy but soft and have seen some wear. Pleased i didnt book a double. Sliding bathroom door.

- noise from neighbors and drunk or new guests coming into the rooms after midnight - crazy prices in the restaurant for food that isn't even tasty - when the neighbors open their door, it sounds like they're opening yours… - noise from the highway (choose a room at the back of the hotel)

Very stilish, stunning design concept, between understatement and luxury. The meals were on a very high level.

Liked the hotel very much, what I disliked was the fact that you cannt enter Gent without having your car registered with a lot of details (even if EU4 and bigher). But thats not the hotel can do anything about

The beds were comfortable with soft good quality sheets. The shower had warm water with good pressure

The interior is quite outdated (carpet in bedrooms), the breakfast room was extremely noisy (bad acoustics?).

Excellent situation, though maybe better for travellers going west. The hotel consistently gave the impression of being a properly professionally run hotel, with qualified staff in every department.

Elderly arthritic fingers kept experiencing stiffness - in the bedroom’s door handle and lock, in the sliding shower door, in the salt and pepper mechanisms.

Easy to get there. Good room and comfortable hotel. A bit too soft mattress. But, everything was good.

Too expensive. For the same value of money, I can stay in Switzerland.

The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Although you may think that it is an ordinary roadside hotel, it was definetly much more than that. Restaurant looked decent (not ate there so only the look) with a corner for the small kids to play. Rich breakfast offering also healthy choices was great. Definetely will come back again.

Close to the highway, it was noisy in the begining (road side room) but after 8-9 in the evening it was already quite enough.

The room was spacious and it had a nice decoration. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very big. The staff was friendly. Even though it was next to the highway there was no noise in the room (which was facing to the front). The hotel is located in an exit of the highway next to a gas station (which also has a small store 24/7). For this type of hotel, it exceeded our expectations.

There was nothing that we did not like. It is probably not a hotel that I would use for a long stay. For a night and in order to be close to Ghent, it was perfect. We did not try the breakfast.

Its a motorway stop with a very good resteraunt and quite rooms. For long distance travel a convenient oasis
