Good breakfast and location.

I was not very happy about the room. We had a disabled room with disabled bathroom. It’s had a very strange smell and also there was not much ventilation. When you used the shower, the water flooded the whole bathroom.

Great location walking distance from the town and the station. The apartment was perfect for 6 friends - 6 single beds, 2 x showers, 2x WC. Clean and quite. Good on street parking (only 4€ per day) with street EV charger if needed. Excellent breakfast.

We were a group of six friends. We only had one key to the outside door between us all so it was difficult when we wanted to do different things at different times. It would have been better to have a combination number lock to get into the building and could have then left the door key in the lockers outside the room.

Location was great, and staff were amazing! They didn't mind that we lingered at breakfast past the posted hours.

The rooms had carpets which were quite worn and stained. Also there was a terrible fish smell in the hallway that made coming/going quite unpleasant.

I loved the smooth check-in and the copious and delicious breakfast. The location as well is great, 7 minutes to any relevant place in Kortrijk!

Third time we have stayed here. Perfect stay. Paid cheap parking on the door step, easy check in and excellent facilities. Excellent breakfast and really friendly staff.
