I called the reception early morning and ask for shaving kit. she was very responsive and interactive, in one minute she response, the staff are nice people, the only issue is that water only 2 pcs in the room during your stay, once it's finished, you have to pay for the nature water. also the Moroccan girl she helped me finding the restaurant I like. they are good but need some enhancements

No water, put some water in the room every day please. everything else is good.

Room Breakfast Bed were all satisfactory but I would suggest to put handles in the bathroom and in the bath.When you shower water spells out on floor and when and gets slippery and someone could slip and fall and hurt.

Everything was great. The hotel is modern and clean, the bedding is very comfortable and the breakfast varied and sufficient. It is also a relatively short drive to Brugge and Kourtrijk. There is also a heated pool and a fitness center, both of which I did not have the opportunity to try.

Nothing realy. We would've liked to have a room large enough for our family of 4, but the hotel eother does not have such rooms or there weren't any available during our stay.

Breakfast that was provided was tasty and plentiful. Enjoyed our stay, provided the base we needed for the visit's we wanted to make. Staff friendly and helpful.

The restaurant was not open, so no dinner available close to the hotel. Snacks were available from the bar. The hotel is a taxi ride or car ride to anywhere.

The lack of food and bar tapas heated in an air fryer quite pricey, would have been better had we known there was nothing… perhaps needs to be noted on Booking

The room was clean and up to date, with excellent facilities. The breakfast was very enjoyable and everything was fresh and available. The bed was very comfortable and different pillows were available The restaurant food was excellent

The water was not replenished in the mini fridge every day when used.

love love love this hotel! It was our last stop off on what had been quite a challenging biking holiday and we deliberately chose somewhere a little more expensive. We were allowed to park our bikes on the concourse which made life so much easier and reception requested a priority on getting our rooms ready. (booking.com noted check in at 2pm but it's 3pm). Had a lovely cup of tea with little cakes and sweets and relaxed in the lounge for a bit while we waited. The lit fire seemed a bit unnecessary in the heat but the visual effect was charming. Very quiet - obviously a business targeted hotel. I had the pool to myself which was delicious. By pure coincidence I had been in this area before to Gaverzicht, many years before.

The restaurant was not open which was quite disappointing for our last night as we chose the hotel partly for the fact it had on site dining. Booking.com does not say it isn't open at the weekend - eating at Gaverzicht just wasn't the same.

I never write Hotel reviews as I travel all the time but this place and the people were fantastic. Beautiful room and fantastic staff, if I ever need to stay in the region again, I will book this/ 10/10

Breakfast and spa really good location just off motorway and plenty of parking very comfortable hotel and added bonus of swimming pool very helpful staff

Pool and Sauna are great - but we had the whole area just for us. The sauna is very small if you'd have to share it with other guests. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff was super friendly, individually opening up the pool within 5 minutes. The breakfast was really great.

Location - the views from the rooms facing the motorway is not great. The pressure of the rainforest showerheads (both in rooms and in the spa area) is not great. The pool had a lot of dirt in it (beginning of April though, just after opening).
