Well situated and modern hotel within walking distance to the quaint old part of Lille. Spacious rooms and bathroom with really comfortable beds, and the environmentally friendly initiatives were very much appreciated, especially when rewarded with a cocktail on their sunny terrace . The hotel staff bent over backwards to make my husband's birthday a very special event, and he loved the breakfast in bed with champagne. The Restaurant Jane is a real gastronomic adventure. We strongly recommend this hotel and will be back next year. Thank you very much.

We loved everything about the hotel.

Greeted warmly on reception on registration and when entering hotel on return . Rooms cleaned regularly and efficiently . Excellent location . Decor of Reception and public spaces was good.

Room decor slightly dated. For an executive room we were expecting a little more -it was without the luxury and extra touches we had hoped for . Storage was insufficient. No tourist info in rooms Only 1 English news channel

The hotel is very well situated, only 5 minutes walk from the centre of life in Lille. The rooms are a good size and well provisioned. The staff are very friendly.

This is an expensive hotel, too expensive. At ca €250 per night we're unlikely to return. For all its pluses, the room has has a very silly design flaw - drawing the curtains is inordinately difficult. The fixed desk is too close to the window and prevents the curtains from closing easily. The floor length curtains have to be lifted to sit on top of the power cables for the kettle and coffee machine. Design madness.

- Great location. Easy to find from the train stations (5-10 mins walk). Close to town and the street with all the restaurants. - Very much appreciated the upgrade. Room was lovely. Spacious and modern with a big shower and a comfy bed. - Also appreciated the welcome gifts for me and my dog. - Food was very nice.

- We thought they said we could eat in the lobby area with the dog. It was very embarrassing when the lady said we couldn’t in front of other guests. She was going to charge us for room service, but didn’t in the end.

The decor was stunning, and I loved that each floor and room had its own unique style. The hotel bistro was excellent, offering great service and delicious food. Breakfast was very good too, wide variety of food and drinks. great location, just off the main train station.

I stayed in a room with connecting doors, and while I wasn't comfortable with it from a safety perspective when I first noticed, what really bothered me was how extremely loud the adjoining room became late at night. it was a very bad experience

The room was a good size. The bed was ever so comfy and clean, I could sleep forever in that bed. The shower was great, nice and warm with a good strength on the water jets. The breakfast was good quality and worth the cost. Also the Coffee pod machine in the room was welcomed. Lille also seemed like a nicer destination than I originally thought.

I don't have any negatives.

Great hotel, just 2 minutes from main square. Modern building with well decorated rooms. A bit tight for working though as could have done with a bigger desk. Two exceptional restaurants downstairs which are destinations in their own right. Very friendly and helpful staff.

There is a bar next door and on the first night I think they were hosting a party and everybody was spilling out into the street so it was quite noisy for a while. The second two nights were fine.

A great hotel in an excellent location a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Our room was large and comfortable, well equipped with comfortable bed, a sofa and a large bathroom with a great shower. We stayed two nights and chose the quick room service option ( bed made and bins emptied) in return for a complimentary cocktail in the bar. We had the express breakfast delivered to our room. Excellent value for 10 euros and we bought fabulous cakes from the patisserie. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a great hotel in excellent condition. The Staff was very friendly and service minded. Specially Benjamin in the reception. I booked a King Suite which was great with comfy bed and had both a big walk-in shower + a bathtub. The hotel is only 3-5 min walk from the historic centrum in Lille which is has bars and restaurants everywhere. It is also less than 10 min walk to Gare De Lille Europe train station and 5 min walk to Gare De Lille Flanders train station.
