I had a great overall experience at the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was impressively fast. Everything was well-organized and pleasant.

I did notice one small issue with cleanliness: one of the paper cups provided in the bathroom appeared to have water in it and looked like it may have been used before. Fortunately, I noticed it before using it, but it was a bit concerning. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay.

The rooms are small and very simple in terms of furniture, the building is not the most aestetically pleasant, but overal this hotel has everything it needs for the little price you pay. The location is excellent and in our case the parking underneath was perfect.

Mattresses are wrapped in plastic, which makes your sleep uncomfortable. If the weather is hot, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Great central location between the two main stations and the Old Town. Excellent value for money. Drink making facilities available in the breakfast room 24/7.

No air con in the room (but then you can't expect it for the price). No coffee making facilities in the room, BUT on the good side, the drink making machine in the breakfast room works 24/7. Came back about 23:00 and the door was locked. I rang the buzzer, but no staff came. Luckily, another guest let me in.

Great location with own secure underground parking. Compact clean property with very pleasant and helpful staff.

Struggled to reserve parking with online facility, but staff circumvented once arrived (ample spaces as arrived in low season) Expensive Parking 0.75euro/hour, but allowed some overstay after check out time.

Although small, the property had everything you could need. Fantastic location and clean facilities. The breakfast was also one of the best we had in France. The staff went above and beyond. Had better service from the staff here than at a 5 star resort.

Not enough car parking spaces was an issue but our fault because we didn’t book the hotel until the day of travel.

+ A good price overall. + Very decent breakfast. + We showed up early at 11 am to leave our luggage there before visiting the city, and they gave us a room straight away. Even though it's a "budget" line you are still treated very nicely! (e.g. unlike low-cost plane companies) + Not far from the two train stations (10 minutes with luggage and a 4 yo child), very close to the city center. + I often go with the Ibis Budget line and I am seldom disappointed.

- The coffee machine for breakfast was broken, I hope it will get fixed soon! - This is a budget hotel so the room is a bit small, but that's to be expected! - We had booked for two adults and a child, but the room was only ready for two people so we had to get a "third person pack" at the reception, including bed furniture that we had to put ourselves.

Location was brilliant, right near lots of cafes, restaurants, etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

No fly screen on window seemed impractical given summery weather and lack of comprehensive air conditioning (small fan which didn't do highest setting).

Cleanliness of the hotel and the location was ideal for where we planned to visit . The breakfast choices were superb and all very tasty . Breakfast room was very pleasant , comfy and airy . would definitely return.

A set of drawers would have been helpful as we three girls had to place them on the floor or keep them in the case.

Handy location for the major train stations, shops, bars etc. Standard Ibis budget room - know exactly what you are getting. Room spotlessly clean, spacious, and cosy warm. Smart TV is a bonus. Lovely toiletries. Plus it's very dog friendly so my pooch was happy too.

Not the prettiest of streets, but that's me just trying to find something to write here. Wouldn't stop me from booking again.

Amazing location, great value for money. We were 3 in a room and had enough space, beds were clean and comfortable. There are a lot of restaurants and clubs in the area, but the hotel is just far enough not to hear the noise.

It’s a bit old and noisy, but nothing bad! For the price, it is amazing.
