Overall our stay was very enjoyable. Bathroom was really small, but manageable. Good lighting in the mirror which is very nice for the women to put on make up. Special thanks to the staff, the boy at the reception and the boy and girl in the breakfast room. They were so kind and everything was filled up immediately when things ran out. When entering the room, there were some cookies and candy as a welcome and at check out we got a nice little gift. This makes you feel really appreciated as a guest.

Kitchen could be equipped with a towel and some cleaning product, because now it was unclear whether we had to wash up our plates or the cleaning staff. Breakfast room way too small for the number of guests, kind of stressful. Room was pretty expensive but maybe that was because of high demand.

The location is ideal—a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently close to train stations. Breakfast, though the same every morning, was delicious. We particularly enjoyed the cheese selection, but some vegetables would have been a nice addition. The room was spacious and comfortable for four people. The reception staff were very helpful, assisting not only with room-related issues but also offering great advice on sightseeing.

The cleanliness could be improved. Upon arrival, we noticed that the kitchenware wasn’t properly cleaned, and the floors could have been better maintained. If the hotel policy doesn’t include daily room cleaning, providing brooms or cleaning supplies would be helpful for guests. It took us a little time to figure out how to use the hot water effectively.

Very good value with the advantage of a small kitchen with microwave, hob and fridge. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Convenient for the station and a short two minute walk to the tramway into the centre of Lille. Nice quiet location.

We were disappointed with the breakfast at the hotel, which was expensive and not much choice of food. Also, the tables hadn’t been cleared and no one was on hand to help so we had to do it ourselves. I think more staff at breakfast and more prompt replenishment of food and drink options would solve the problem.

It was very very close to Eurostar station in Lille and very easy to get around the city. very peaceful location and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful . The place was very simple and clean although the room was small. It had kitchenette, which was equipped with kettle, coffee maker , Fridge cooking hob and microwave and all the dishes are provided. Which was a nice touch if you’d would like to prepare something yourself.

The breakfast it was continental . I would’ve preferred a basic English breakfast tea with breakfast , but there-was a lot of choices for none vegetarians.

The room and the bathroom were totally clean. We had everything we needed. Even some fresh water in the fridge. The explanations for the wifi and the connection to the TV were very clear and helpful. We were at the 7th floor and the view was nice. Bonus : when you arrive late there are some food and water in a fridge in the entrance ( you have to pay but that's nice )

2hours after our arrival the elevator was broken, so we had to walk the 7th floors but the rest was totally fine.

The room was clean. Suprisingly well equipped kitchen. The location was not far from the centre (only I tram stop away, the tram stop Romarin is 1 minut on foot from the hotel).

The breakfast was ok, but I would appreciate some vegetables to put on a sandwich, or a salad. Because it wasn't provided, after the first breakfast, I decided to make the breakfast myself. But if you don't care that much about healthy eating, the breakfast itself is fine. There is yoghuts, bread, lots fo jams, cheese, ham, coffee, tea, french sweets, eggs, bacon etc. I know, I'm picky, but I care about healthy eating.

Nice functional room. Had all we needed for our night stopover - coffee machine, fridge, microwave hob - did not use most but it was clean ready if needed. All staff very nice and helpful. Good wifi, sweets in bed yammy. Nice strong shower with adjustable stream. Comfy bed, we slept well. Good location only 15 minutes walk to town and the Westfield shopping centre. Parking available to purchase for around 12 euro and free from Sat evening 9pm to Sunday on the street. Our daughter got unexpectedly sick in the lift and the gentleman on reception was so very kind and helpful - it was hugely appreciated. Good place to visit lovely Lille. Breakfast very good and highly recommended.

Lovely accommodation for a short stay in Lille. The room was the perfect size for the two of us. Beds very comfy and facilities a good size. Loved the small kitchenette with coffee and tea making facilities. Staff were friendly and made check-in/out seamless. Not far from centre of Lille if you don't mind walking across busy roads.

Location was a bit out of the way. Not far from the centre but along the motorway which didn't make for the most ideal walk. Would be fine getting the bus though as it goes from right outside.

Staff were brilliant from check in to check out. My daughter became unwell and the black gentleman on reception was very kind staff were nice at breakfast too. Very good location very easy walk to centre. Slept well. Did not use kitchenette to cook but it did appear to have what would have been needed. Parking was good too - payable but safe. Sweets on bed on arrival. Perfect for overnight stay.

The room had fan in the cupboard which we did not discover but that is our fault.
