A small friendly hotel close to Lille Europe, walking distance to the Old Town and local eateries. The staff were very welcoming on arrival and happy to suggest the best places to visit and eat during our short stay. Staff spoke English but were also happy for us to practise our French! Although there were works going on at the hotel on the floor above our room, these tended to be started and completed each day mostly when we were out. There was a good choice of food for breakfast, hot and cold, and the staff were friendly and accommodating in regard to any food intolerances. A great hotel for a short stay in Lille!

Breakfast was much better than expected. Large selection including sausages and scrambled egg. Very friendly and informative staff always willing to help and point you in the right direction. Easy walk to the main area of town and restaurants and bars just round the corner

Only 2 hangers in the wardrobe. Room felt quite cramped, had to move a table to use the chair! Hairdryer was under the sink under the towels so couldn't see it despite the note saying it was in the closet, had to ask at reception.

Great hotel, the staff is good, and breakfast is all good.

Unfortunately, I had a room on floor 1 which overlooks the outside area including a table tennis table and a children's play area, which alas added to extra noise I also could not park as my Camper van is 195cm in height, it would be helpful if the height restriction was in the advertisement. Prices were uber expensive because of the rugby in town, but this is a mid-range hotel that clearly saw an opportunity to cash in, and who can blame them after COVID-19?

It was a very cosy, comfortable hotel in the perfect location. It was accessible, there was a gated car park, and the staff were very polite and helpful. Could not get better location wise, as it was just a short walk from the centre but had so many lovely bars and restaurants near. It was not my first time staying and would stay again.

Unfortunately on arrival, there was no working water but the staff communicated very well with us and let us know developments.

Location was the best, on the pedestrian area with the nicest restaurants. Great breakfast, plentiful. Good choices and quality. Staff always cleaning and replenishing. We liked the family duplex room as it was quirky.

Family room loo was separate to bathroom, with no sink. Could do with another mirror somewhere in room.

The room had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable! Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good - lots to choose from and well stocked. The location was perfect. So close to cafés and bars and easy to get to from Eurostar - we walked it easily.

All good - nothing not to like!

We arrived late in the evening, the people greeting us were very helpful. The rooms were small, but quiet and the separation of the WC and bathroom worked in our favour. Next morning everything went smoothly - thanks for taking care of us and our stuff.

The garage door is cumbersome, the whole building is very cramped.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice rooms and decor, was clean, very close to the shops, car park next to hotel for a charge. Exactly what we were hoping, well worth it, definitely come again.

We had 2 rooms. 1 was spacious. The other was v small with little room to move. It was fine for 1 night but would have been an issue if we stayed longer.

Excellent location and super comfortable (and big!) bed. The room and bathroom were small but perfect for one person or two on a short stay.

There was a band playing in the hotel’s venue room and it was loud (first floor room). Luckily it finished at around 11pm but would have been nice to know in advance.
