Right in the middle of Lille so great vibe and amazing shops, restaurants to explore on the doorstep. Room clean and seemingly recently renovated including bathroom. Opted for breakfast included and it was surprisingly excellent for a chain hotel range and choice even take away bags to fill if in a rush. Fabulous array of loose leaf teas on offer.

Lille closes city centre to cars at the weekend so spent 1 hr driving around trying to get to the hotel! However good parking within easy (5min) walk at opera house car park.

Great location right in the centre of Lille. It was a perfect base for the grand depart of the Tour de France. Room was good, bed comfortable and the aircon did the trick.

The reception was a bit smelly and the lift was being serviced when we arrived and we had to take our bags up 5 flights of stairs. They did offer to help though. Other than that all good.

The location was close to all the locations we needed to visit in Lille. The room was very clean, easy to access, shower was good.

We could have used a hand towel. The air conditioner leaked when turned on more than 5 minutes. The bed was mostly comfortable but it kept shifting off the base.

The lady in reception was absolutely fantastic, so nice and friendly. It made all the difference to our trip. She even gave us free breakfast because the fire alarm had gone off. The location of the hotel was perfect, and the room was modern

The beds were a little uncomfortable and the room a little bit cramped.

Great central location, short walk from the Eurostar and train station. Wonderful for shopping and sight seeing. Staff are great, you’ll see other comments about lack of tea/coffee making facilities but just ask and you can have a kettle.

Small room- but that’s to be expected in a city property I guess. Bed isn’t the most comfortable and the property needs a refurb, but I believe this is happening soon. It’s ok for 2 or 3 nights but any longer and I’d look for a little more comfort. Hope the refurb is a success as it could be a fantastic property.

Lovely spacious room, which was very clean. Fantastic location. Very friendly staff who made our check-in experience great.

We would have loved some coffee-making facilities in the room!

It is simple, and clean and I had a huge bed which was great. They need to put a mirror over the dressing table area..you cannot see what you are doing when drying or styling hair or doing makeup. Best of all is the location..fab . I will stay there again.

As above..get a mirror folks and put it up over the dressing table area near the plugs. My room was great for one, but wouldn't be any good as a double. So many men seem to be huge ..and you would never fit a bloke in. I am biased as my husband was a hunky rugby player..he would not have been comfortable in that room.

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful reception and room cleaning staff. Good shower.

The room was quite small but it was well equipped.

Spot on for central stay in Lille. Comfy bed, great shower and perfect location. Central but quiet at night. Good air con as well for summer!

Building common areas and rooms could do with a renovation.

Amazing value for money, the room was beautiful & so comfortable. We had incredible views of Lille from our hotel & were really impressed with the high room/balcony. It was the perfect location to explore Lille. We will 100% be returning.
