The room was spacious, with good decor but furniture was more about looks than functionality, The 80% of the staff were fantastic and made it a joy to be at the Hotel. The Breakfast was perfect even though things would appear one day and be gone the next deppending on how full the Hotel was. recommend at least once having breakfast in bed.

The staff in the new bar on the Roof, it had been a lovely night, and when we got there the place was buzzing with life. but we were only allowed one drink as they had decided to close 2hrs early. It was too cold for them even though the room was the warmest in the hotel. As more rooms were let the colder it got in our room.

The location is excellent and perfect for visiting all the sites as well as the nightlife. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The room was a good size with a nice bathroom (overlooking the square would have been even better I'm sure!). Breakfast is great and the rooftop bar was nice, even in March.

Being an old building the sound proofing wasn't great. We didn't have any significant issues but could certainly hear our neighbours and those above us pretty easily. Storage in the bedroom was a bit limited and one of the drawers had a broken handle which reduced access to storage further.

Architecture, reception area, location, breakfast, underground parking is close to the hotel (not the hotels one, but they can explain how to get there). Check in personal (goes very smooth and recommendations for a late dinner exceeded our expectations. If hotel management read this, you have a great staff, please take care of them, they were really helpful both in check in and checkout. Evening one (man) on a check in was especially good)

The shower drain was clogged or partially blocked, causing water to pool during use, which was unpleasant. The toilet also didn’t flush properly, and it took some trial and error to figure out how to get it to work. The kids bed was a fold-out sofa – a bit noisy and not very comfortable, but manageable for one night. Additionally, the carpet had visible stains, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness.

Excellent location. Ideal for walks in the old town and commercial areas. Nice renovated building and spacious well decorated room. Nice hotel ambiance. We missed our breakfast on Sunday (please consider longer serving time during the weekend) and it was happily deducted from our bill.

There was a persisting subtle sewerage smell at the reception area throughout our stay. Not nice for a first impression but the rest of our stay compensated the issue. I am sure management is aware. The replenishment of supplies (both food and equipment) during breakfast could be more timely. However, staff were helpful and speedy in bringing whatever we asked.

Great location and beautiful Art Deco design.Close to central Lille and 10-15 minute walk from train stations. Room was a great size for two of us. Beds and pillows were comfy. Clean room with enough towels. Breakfast was reasonably good, with hot and cold food. Terrace bar was cosy and relaxing. Had water fountain on each of the landings for free fill up which was appreciated.

Decoration looks a bit tired in places and there was a smell in our room and parts of the hotel....drains?

We arrived late at the breakfast but still on time and had very limited options while we paid the full price. I received the feedback that it would be a waste of food to keep on sending new items. Did not find this fair, lots of customers were obviously going around the food plates and coming back with empty plates. Stop sending after the deadline, not before. Also it took a few minutes before we could get warm water in the showers. Latest is that for a Bellevue Hotel, the room's view wasnt nice (outdoor stairs).

Centrally located with easy access to all the places to visit. The hotel is old and overlooks a beautiful main square, so once you've left your room, you're in the old part of Lille. The hotel has kept to the traditional art deco, and the reception area is lovely The rooms are thoughtfully decorated with a boutique feel. The roof bar is a must, and the views are spectacular. The staff are pleasant and welcoming too. A lovely holiday and stay

I recently stayed at this property and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. Positives: Location: The location is excellent, offering a great view over the square and being within walking distance from the station. It’s incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Nearby Dining: There are fantastic cafes and restaurants right at your doorstep, making dining out easy and enjoyable. Staff: The staff were helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Room: The room was beautiful and very spacious, enhancing the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. Overall, this accommodation offers a prime location, stunning views, and a beautiful, spacious room. The proximity to great dining options and helpful staff further enhance the experience.

Overall we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was good, and the location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions.

However, there was one small issue during our stay. We had requested a baby cot for our little one, and while the cot was provided promptly, it did not come with a baby blanket. This was a bit inconvenient as we had to use one of our own blankets, which wasn't ideal for a baby. It would be great if the hotel could consider including a baby blanket with the cot in the future. Despite this minor issue, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to others. We look forward to visiting again!

First time in Lille, what a superb location, 10 mins walk from Eurostar. Hotel was also superb for a short stay, families. The view from our room to main square was exceptional, the roof bar was also a highlight to the trip, highly recommend great menu and friendly staff, great cocktails Great location, near restaurants, museums , shopping, etc. Reception staff where welcoming, gave great advise of the area and thoroughly enjoyed the two restaurants recommended by them which allowed us to explore the great Lille cuisine. Thank you for a great short break, we will definitely be back.
