Good room and friendly staff. Good location. Lots of things to do around the hotel and very convenient for the Euro station and main railway station. There were plenty of restaurants around that served excellent food

I wouldn't spend the money for the breakfast with all the wonderful cafes nearby that served really great food. Otherwise there was nothing I would change apart from the weather. Really great place.

great location - very clean and served a spot on breakfast with good coffee . the rooms are large in size and all have elevator access . very pleased with our stay.

nothing we didn’t like - we chose to go on the busiest weekend of the year so it was noisy but the hotel does forewarn everyone of this and you can buy ear plugs from the pharmacy so really no negative points .

The location of the hotel was perfect and it was easy to get around Lille and to everywhere that I needed to be while staying here. The staff were particularly friendly and made my stay very welcoming.

I was disappointed with the Gym facilities. There are no free weights which is what I use and there was only machines to work out with. A shame but not a deal breaker!

The room was spacious and clean. There were USB charging points by the bedside. Modern surfaces. Large bathroom with separate toilet. Good location in a quiet side street 5 minute walk from the main square.

The separate toilet was soulless, no windows, like a cell. Could have done with a picture or a bit of colour. No mirror by dressing table. No drawers to put clothes etc, just some hangers.

The room was perfect in size and appointments. Room service was exceptional: a kitchen staff came back after serving my meal to bring back my dessert, ice cream. They wanted to make sure it would not be melted by the time I finished my meal. Location is superb: right in the hyper-center of Lille.

For a 4 star hotel i found these items missing: The TV remote did not work well. Netflix was not on the Hotel Channels! There was not a welcome kit with creams, shower cap etc.... I had not brought my personal body cream or shower cap and I found that lacking.

The hotel is in good and quiet area. Bed lining and the pillows were nice and comfortable. The personal was kind.

We traveled with our child and the bed/sofa wasn't ready and we had to deal with that and also there wasn't towels for the child. But after we ask for them the hotel personal react immediately. Thank you.

The breakfast was a nice buffet with a lot of choice. The restaurant was a nice environment to have something to eat or drink. We could reservate a table for 11, nice service.

It was just a pity that we couldn't have a small lunch in the hotel (soup or salad).

I had an excellent experience during my stay, largely thanks to Bogdan at the reception. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area, providing valuable information that enhanced my visit, the hotel itself was pleasantly quiet, allowing for a peaceful and restful environment.

The sofa bed squeaked very badly. Very badly. No conditioner in the shower. Refilled glass Water bottles were stained

Ideal central location for a 2 day trip. Clean, tidy, polite and more than adequate. Didn't eat so can't comment. Parking around the back in a great underground secure carpark. Will certainly recommend and return.
