My apartment (with private bathroom) was quite good. It was a little bit expensive than other apartments I discovered afterward. It was a small room with a great and awesome bathroom. Watch out for your windows: keep them closed otherwise bugs will enter biting your skin like it (sadly) happened to me (and it wasn't such a pleasure to have bad irritations in my face). Apartment owner is a nice lady. It offered to me two scales: body weight scale and food scale. I take care of my diet so I was able to keep track of it. It was a nice addition. Minifridge and breakfast stuffs are into a wooden furniture where you should suppose to put your clothes... not foods. It was kinda meh.

Price / night and lack of mosquito nets for windows. Wi-Fi was a little bit broken: low speed and sometimes it disconnected.

A safe and secure apartment with a very comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities and a small microwave. Juliette was very responsive to messages, and gave us all the information we needed to walk from the station and access the property.

Unfortunately it was very hot when we were in Lille. There is a small fan in the room, but we had to have the windows open the whole time, and we were indundated with mosquitoes. Recommend to byo fly spray and insect repellent if you’re staying in summer. This was the only drawback to a lovely stay in Lille.

Very close to parking and centre of town the apartment was compact but well equipped and clean. Excellent shower and toiletries for use. Quiet at night.. we did receive instructions to enter the property but mislaid the message. Our fault but the proprietor was very helpful very quickly to deal with the issue. Thank you. Very much appreciated.

Location, location, location. Comfortable, bright & airy room with nice strong WiFi. Small but very effective fridge, dtinks well chilled. Facilities very good (shower nice & strong, good hot water, microwave, kettle, coffee & tea although I couldn't get the coffee maker to work, plenty of storage & hanging space). Informative folder re: restaurants, shops, sights etc. Great having a small but powerful tower fan.

Some mosquitoes came into the room when we opened the window but not anything to do with the accommodation.

I try to reserve ten scores for the exceptional (a honeymoon destination or somewhere that someone with mobility issues would be happy to stay in and just watch the world go by). There was absolutely nothing wrong with this cosy bedsit with en suite. Less than 15 minutes easy walk from the railway station and just down the road from one of the main squares. Surprisingly quiet. Nice bakers/cafe a few minutes away for breakfast (turn right on main street). Good communications with host albeit by text. Would happily return.

Nothing to dislike.

Easy access with well lit communal areas. Accomodation of a high standard with a great shower and super comfortable bed. Best of all was Juliette who was excellent to communicate with and very considerate.

Nothing although to find a small bottled water on arrival would have been very welcome.

Our host Juliette communicated with us frequently and was well aware that we did not have a cell phone so she made sure we would know how to access our room well ahead of our visit. She is very efficient and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We were happy to be able to make hot drinks and have a microwave to heat food. The property is very close to the central area and train station.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and perfect for a short stay.

There are a couple of bars nearby which are noisy if you leave the windows open at night. Mosquitoes are a nuisance if windows open but the host did provide plug in deterrent.

The room lives up to its name, as it really is a space that is calm, private and quiet. I loved the chic decor and the fact that though small, the space available is put to the best use possible. Most of all, I loved the fact that it is located very centrally, within walking distance to the best parts of Lille!

I didn't like the fact that the microwave, kettle, fridge and coffee machine are kept in the wardrobe, rather than in a separate, open space. There is no view from the windows and it is a little bit expensive.

The room located in central area of Lille which is very nice for a short stay exploring the city. Close to many great restaurants. The amenities are well-equipped and the check-in and check-out were prompt. The host was very nice, always at our disposal through text.

The bed is a quite small for 2 people, which was anticipated based on previous review. But it was acceptable given that we only stayed for 2 nights.
