Very clean and efficient. Excellent staff and wonderful breakfast. Excellent location as I was using both Flandres and Europe stations. Air conditioning very welcome on really hot night. Good access to restaurants though I would have preferred to "eat in" really as I was so tired and drained from exceptionally hot journeys.

What a fabulous hotel. Located just a stonethrow from the Grand Place. Staff is very helpfull and very friendly. Parking is opposite the hotel but if needed please reserve in advance. We were lucky to have a spot for the 2nd day of our stay. Nice breakfast room with a very nice selection of yoghurts, fruits, cereals, lovely french bread, cheeses coffee, tea, fruits and of course croissants and pain au chocolat. We just simply loved our stay an definitely will be back.

Great location right in the city centre but on quiet street. Amazing breakfast with nice mix of French and continental, and super nice and helpful staff.

Room wall has some old stains so felt a bit unclean

The location was spectacular, the staff incredible and the good working order of everything, specially the air conditioning in this peaks of heat.

The elevator was intended for one person and luggage and therefore very tight. Even though the room was extremely clean and the cleaning staff very thorough and efficient, the carpet was quite stained. The breakfast was just right but not as good as other ibis hotels we’ve visited. Would be good if the staff were more English fluent, this city is quite a hub for international travelers.

The location is amazing, close to main tourist attractions, Breakfast was really good and room was ok. It's a very good option for the ones that are planning to travel to Lille.

The size of the place to take a shower.

Very good location, right in the center. Room was small but clean, bed was comfortable. I was on a higher floor so enjoyed the view. Really nice breakfast. One of the better stays I had in this city and I will def come back here.

Everything except the price was great. We were during the Olympics, so we turn a blind eye ;)

Excellent helpful reception staff. Also breakfast tasty and generous with helpful staff.

Every time we left the hotel, each time the WiFi disconnected, so we had to go through the connection process all over again.

Breakfast was great. Staff were so friendly; upon checkin the staff gave treats and balls to our dogs. So sweet!

Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay there again!
