The hotel was exceptional value considering the standard of our room and the facilities on offer. The desk staff were incredibly helpful. The room large, spotless and very comfy beds; plentiful for a family of 4. The staff offered us a takeaway breakfast due to our early departure, which was very caring and attentive; they made fresh coffee at 6.45am for our takeaway! A short walk from the charming central squares of Arras, with dozens of restaurants on offer. This hotel helped make our brief overnight stay a very enjoyable last night in France.

Well facilitated hotel and clean room, with good breakfast and a parking big enough. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location while it’s not directly Lille city center, but close to the highway and not far from city center either (by bike or car)

A warm welcome by the lovely Reception staff. Easy access to public transport. The receptionist gave us a comprehensive itinerary to the centre of Lille. Car park is secure and there is a pharmacy and small supermarket a few steps away.

Spotlessly clean, modern hotel. Stayed here before. Comfortable bed, lovely shower. Location in a town. Good parking, secure.

A/C didn't work properly in room, but staff moved us to another room. Bar in hotel closed, don't know why?

We really enjoyed our visit here. We were given rooms on the third floor and amazed at how quiet the rooms were - absolutely no noise from outside or adjoining rooms. There were 2 lifts which were both operational and speedy. The car park was double gated which we found very reassuring. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and always fully stocked. All staff that we spoke with and engaged with were amazing. They were attentive, polite and helpful - and they all spoke good English which was great. The bathroom was a good size and very clean. The bed linen was very comfortable. We will definitely be booking a return visit to this hotel.

We couldn't get the air conditioning unit to cool the room sufficiently, so it was quite warm in the room. We didn't report it as we were only staying 2 nights. The mattress was harder than we're used to, but that might suit some people.

The hotel is very clean an it is well located. The bus L5 passes in front of the hotel and it takes you to the center of the city in 20 minutes. I didn’t pay the room with breakfast, but I ate in the cafe twice. The buffet is incredible and they allow you to make your own fresh orange juice. The room is very comfortable and it has a safe. There is a restaurant called Felicie and it has the most delicious food

Location: along a city road, but quiet and centrally located. 75/100 Staff: quick and efficient. 75/100 Rooms: very clean, with modern and relatively stylish furniture. Very comfortable large beds. Very quiet. 85/100 Parking: indoor, covered, secure. Not very easy to find and access because of the one-way road, but this is not the hotel's responsibility. 85/100 Price: 140€ (without breakfast) for two rooms in a very clean and good hotel. For the same amount of money, you cannot even sleep in a rat hole in the UK or in Germany (both terrible countries for accommodations)

Yes, the location is not in front of the Colosseum or the Isle of Capri, but still very recommended for a nice stop in northern France. We did not have the breakfast.

Very nice hotel with good breakfast. The room was really quiet and properly equiped. Staff was friendly. A lot of free parking space in the garage and charging the electric was also for free. Location was fine, there is a good restaurant next door and there also other places to eat nearby.

The room was quite clean and spacious enough. The interior was nice and modern. The breakfast was high quality and generous but the breakfast room could be upgraded and be better furnished. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The location is not the best, it’s a far from the city and not in the most beautiful area, but the free parking is a great advantage. The bathroom didn’t have a proper ventilation and it was smelly even when we arrived. Our room had a view to the roof with the technical installations which was not ideal. The price was very high for the quality. The entrance of the parking garage was impossible to find at the arrival.
