The room was clean, the bed was wide and comfortable.

I would like to have an electric kettle in the kitchen. Not very convenient and noisy sliding door to the bathroom.

the room was great, the kitchenette with mini fridge was also great. There was a lovely deep bathtub that I was totally looking forward to using (and did twice, adding peppermint essential oils) but for peace of mind, I cleaned the bathtub first with vinegar. There was a Britta water dispenser with options for cold, lightly carbonated, heavily carbonated, and plain "flat" water. We never had to buy bottled water from the store!

There were nail polish streaks inside of the tub. The shower head had some kind of "brown substance on it" but before we'd even used it, I'd discovered it and had cleaned it as well. Upon our 3 night stay, I discovered a roach in my MOUTH after taking a swig of cappuccino that must've come from the coffee/hot water/hot chocolate dispenser in the cafeteria. From that point on, neither I nor my daughter could enjoy the gift of free coffee or hot chocolate offered.

Surprisingly nice and quiet, and stayed cool in the heat, too. Nice desk to work on, plus a little table and a functional kitchen. Honestly it was perfect for my conference trip.

The shower curtain sucked. And might have been nice if there was at least coffee/tea in the kitchen, but there was a good supermarket nearby.

Location is not exactly in the city centre, but close to University area and generally I am satisfied with everything I got in this hotel, staff was helpful.

In front of the window people are walking along the hotel territory passage and you need to close the curtains otherwise they see you inside from close.

Quick and responsible response to defect / malfunction of light in room. Query at desk was responded to in a friendly manner. Items which were missing in the room on entry such as toaster and electric kettle were provided when informed about it at the reception desk.

The key given to get into the hotel - its function was not consistent - for me most often it was taking a long time before I could open the main door. It would have been better if water fit for drinking was provided through the tap.

Really loved the setup of the apartment blocks, it was a little like being on a student campus in terms of layout. Individual rooms motel type rather than a hotel building. Lovely view of gardens from window. Clean and spacious with a small kitchenette. We only stayed one night but could have easily stayed longer. Not in the centre although quite close and a good location to set off from in different directions to see different things. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nice and quiet.

Shower could have been a bit bigger with a shelf for shampo and gel bottles. Not much room to move around and shower curtain tended to stick to you.

Close to university, good value room. Good bed, good wifi, nice staff.

Small shower, there was no water cooker so we asked for one.

Surprisingly well equipped kitchenette. Next to the Citadelle, which is the best park in town.

Nothing, really. If you need quick access to the train station, be prepared to take a 20 mins bus ride. Otherwise, a really nice place.

wifi is private.. as someone who works I need an easy access for wifi without authentication for the proxy on my work computer to work
