Jost is a new hotel with an awesome food court offering 6 different restaurants and a good bar. The hotel rooms are small and efficient, everything is clean and the staff helpful

Closing time of the bar. I understand you close the resturants but with 30 people still eating they close the bar, during the olympics.... Last game finish at 23, arriving into the hotel at 23:30 ...... and no drink to be served. Not great. For a funcky, chic or cool hotel that Jost is, closing down the common area and pub at 23:00 will be a killer. IF they do not sort out a resident bar I will not be back.

Room was clean and a good size for the price, staff very friendly and welcoming - Thomas on the front desk was kind and showed me a map of the city with things to do etc over the weekend. Towels and toiletries provided was great and the bed was big and comfy, plus air con!

It was close to the city center but felt on the edge of the action, single room had the bed on a mezzanine with a very low roof - was fine for sleeping in but might be a challenge if you intend to spend lots of time in your room as not much space to relax horizontally otherwise

The Staff at Jost were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Check in and parking was an easy and smooth operation and parking feels very secure. The whole vibe of the hotel is laid back, relaxed and cool yet still as efficient as I would expect any hotel to be. The streetfood style foodcourt restaurant is great and means that there is a wide range which covers most choices and options. The rooms are well laid out and comfortable.

Everything was better than expected and nothing disappointed.

The location was fine, nothing fancy but it was a short walk to the city center and other facility's in the city. The hotel has everything you need and it was also clean. The room and bed were great and a good nights sleep after a long day with allot of walking. The breakfast was also good, good coffee and there was a nice selection of food to select from. Also the staff were very friendly.

The parking is fine but the entrance is very small especially when you drive down, this is can be challenging but who doesn't like a challenge? Even if it is only driving into a garage.

A great stay…20/25 min steady & easy walk from Eurostar…room - just about everything you need, all very clean. Just the addition of a kettle etc would be great..us oldies like a cuppa before getting dressed etc…the collective area downstairs is superb. A great place to spend time…such an easy going, comfortable place to relax and enjoy time and good food…breakfast- plenty of choice, and great variety and choice of outlets to enjoy at lunchtime (see pic) and in the evening. Also some lovely wines to enjoy too. Great that bar was still open on return (‘a long walk home’) after Bruce S concert. Staff all great too…on reception, bar and the food outlets…all so friendly, cheerful and helpful. So yep a great place to spend time at as well as a good base to explore Lille or concert at the arena (local one or the one out of town). Greatly enjoyed our stay…Many thanks.

Just the lack of kettle etc in the room..but no big deal.

Absolutely love this hotel fantastic concept with a really lovely foodhall it's proper chilled out bar with games, table football and a great choice of food vendors everything was very clean the terrace is so beautiful, loved the way they have made so much space in a small room with the very clever bed design very good shower ,air conditioning worked really well too and we love a comfy mattress, we would definitely stay here again, if you book the carpark just be mindful that you must be a competent driver.

Perfect stay

The hotel was pretty central to Lille. You can take the train which is four minutes walk away or walk into town which is 15 to 20 minutes.. there was a gym literally outside of the hotel called “basic fit” and cheap to use if you’re there for the weekend or for a week

The hotel was new so there were some teething problems. For example the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and some time during the day. One of the elevators stopped working. There’s a club on the ground floor so if you are light sleeper and sleep early, you can’t keep the window open because the music blast through the room.

The staff was very kind and supportive, the family room awesome (the kids LOOOOOOVed the bunkbed), the room was spacious and really well decorated. Beds super comfortable. The foodcourt is also really fun but it is also very close to a lot of nice restaurants and shops, so plenty of options.

The parking can be tricky - we managed but just to be mindful of it :)

Wonderful hotel and concept. Travelled with our four year old and she loved the hotel and in particular the bunk beds & kids toys in the foodcourt area. Super comfy beds & great shower in bathroom and our room was quiet.

Nothing! Our stay was perfect.

The food court was the nicest hotel restaurant I've ever been to. It was also very nice to have a drink there and play a game. Breakfast was super. The room was bigger than expected and sound proof. We were pretty high up in the building, I don't know about sound in the lower levels.

The communication about the parking downstairs could have been better.
