Very amenable to dropping off our bags early. Huge room and good bathroom. Nice and quiet. Great location.

You can go down and use the coffee machine but I did not know that when we arrived. Wish there were some drink sachets and milk provided.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also loved the convenient location close to major attractions which is walking distance. There is a nearby carpark with reasonable pricing or free to park on the street after 7pm or Sundays / bank holidays. They are pet friendly and this is amazing

We couldn’t get any ice in the hotel which was a bit unexpected. Not a deal breaker but we had a fridge in the room so this didn’t make much sense .. it’s not easy to find any ice in the stores either so make sure that you get your drinks cold or give enough time to chill

The property enjoys a central location, just a five-minute walk from all major amenities and the metro station. The rooms were exceptionally spacious and well-appointed with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. When first entered the room, the cleaning was spotless and with a lot of attention to detail. Finally, the breakfast was outstanding! All of the staff were consistently courteous, helpful, and professional throughout my stay.

However, I was disappointed to learn that the room was not cleaned daily. In fact, it was not serviced at all during the duration of my stay. I was unaware of this policy prior to arrival and was only informed about it at check-in. While this may be a minor inconvenience for a short stay of 2–3 days, it could become an issue for guests staying for a longer period.

Wonderful location in big Lille. Staff were efficient and helpful. It is an uber chic hotel. Studio room was spacious, outstanding kitchen, lots of storage. Batterie de Cuisine in kitchen was impressive. Good shower stall bathroom. We walked our legs off and caught a train to Dunkurque and buses to Ste Rita’s Sanctuary and Church. Visited Charles de Gaulle’s birthplace and Church where he was Baptised. Recommend the Office de Tourisme for help and buying tickets for the Tourist Bus. It was informative and lady Driver was excellent too. Lille is a lovely big city and Hotel Adagio was perfect. As Self catering we bought groceries and didn’t buy the €18 PP breakfast. In spite of trying to lock in yes/no on a bed and separate sofa in Studio it turned out to be a Murphy Bed which was also a lounge, which we never had use if as we kept as bed. It was comfortable but husband has a bad back and likes a TV chair. It was OK but I’d have booked an apartment with bed and lounge had I known this. To get a proper bed book an apartment not a studio.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome—professional, friendly, and always ready to help. They truly are top-tier. The hotel itself is perfectly designed. The room layout is incredibly efficient, and you can tell that every detail has been carefully thought out to maximise comfort and convenience. It’s modern, clean, and extremely well-maintained. Breakfast was also very enjoyable, with a nice selection to start the day right. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the city centre, and there’s a car park nearby which made everything super easy. Overall, this has been a superb experience. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great location for central Lille with good-sized rooms which are also quiet due to being in the inner courtyard; good to have a small kitchen to make tea etc and have a fridge

I stayed for a week due to organisation of an event in Lille and unfortunately no clean of room or change of bedding for less than 8 nights - would have been nice to have a clean halfway through

The property surpassed our expectations as frequent travelers. The standout feature was the communal area near the reception, which far exceeded what hotels and apartment hotels typically offer. It boasts a spacious area where you can dine or even cook in an open-plan kitchen. There's also a large playroom with a pool table, plenty of children's books and games, a piano, and two additional lounge areas furnished with sofas, games, and books, creating a cozy living room vibe. All of this was in addition to the spacious rooms/apartments we stayed in. Of course the location was perfect.

The only mild issue was I don't know why the day time receptionist was less happy. I don't know whether I annoyed her when I asked to leave one additional box with my suitcase after I checked out, or that I stayed on in the common area for an hour with my friend and his parents. Our friend was also staying in the hotel with us. We were in the common area for an hour waiting for our lunch appointment.

The hotel is a good location. It took roughly 15 minutes to walk from the Eurostar station. The hotel was clean, tidy, and nicely decorated.The staff were very friendly and helpful. They explained how everything worked very clearly. The room was great. It was a great size. It had a hall area where the bathroom was and cupboard for hanging clothes. Then another door which leads to the bedroom and kitchenette area. The kitchenette was well equipped. There was all you could need to cook and eat. It was clean, and there was washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, and a tea towel. The double bed was roomy and comfortable. It was very quiet in the room, especially with the internal door shut. We didn't have breakfast, but it looked nice. I will definitely book a ApartHotel again.

My only complaint was that the pillows were not great. I prefer a more firm pillow.

Extremely welcoming staff. Arrived early, they held our luggage so we could enjoy ourselves in the city. This is a hidden gem, quiet and peaceful. Simple but more than adequate breakfast. Provided gluten-free rolls and muffins (but I did email in advance). Kitchen was well equipped even though we really only used the fridge, crockery and cutlery. We both agreed we would happy stay here again as it was only a 15-20min walk from the station and easy walking distance to everything else. Will look for this chain in other cities now.

GF rolls baked one day, 2nd day not. They are way better baked.
