Brilliant hotel..good price..wonderful breakfast Central location..with everything to hand. We used the underground carpark @ 17 ev per night..but..if you use your car..there is no guarantee of getting a place upon return..but they will refund. We left the car for 3 days..as outside space was very expensive.. Only problem with our room.406..was the sink plumbing..took ages to drain away... Reception staff were helpful..happy and great As were Catering and cleaning staff.. The tv in the room was quite large..for a change Wifi was good...we would certainly stay here again and would recommend it. There were a few beggars around..but they were tidily dressed...and quite polite if you said NO.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful with good English. Breakfast area was spacious. Breakfast was quite satisfactory. Water bottle refill station was a bonus. Location was good, flat walk to all sites. Lifts (elevators).

The parking garage was terrifying with narrow access, tight corners and small parking bays. We opted to leave the car in the garage and walk everywhere because we were too scared of damaging a rental car. Pricey, though we appreciate that parking in the centre of town is premium.

Beds and pillows were comfy. Staff were very helpful. Marcia in particular was very helpful in straightening out a reservation mistake that I had made and very kind. The breakfast was very good in variety

More outlets near the bed. I didn't like the step down from the shower without any grab bar. I can still do that safely but can see the day coming when that would be a risky shower set up I would NOT use booking.com again though. While it said it was changeable and I wanted to stay one less day the cost was even more expensive for 3 days than 4. Very disappointed with the service of booking.com

We came to visit friends that live in Lille. My husband is disabled uses a wheelchair the hotel was clean and very accessible. Our room was spacious and quiet. It was excellent value. The staff were welcoming and very happy to help.They supported me with booking taxis and questions about the area nothing was too much trouble. My French is not good there English was excellent. Breakfast was well run. Food was plentiful. The location is in a good position in Lille. Everything is close by my husband even got a haircut.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room was perfect with a fantastic bathroom, the bed was very comfortable and the room was also spotlessly clean, the staff are exceptionally friendly and very helpful, the Heineken beer was perfect and reasonably priced and there is plenty of choice with the breakfast.

I have been staying at this hotel when I visit Lille for over 7 years and I will keep saying the same that the 17 euro per night to park your car is extortionate and you are unable to park your car on the streets because it would not be safe. Most hotels only charge 10 euro for there carparks

The staff are very friendly and welcome you into the hotel and nothing is to much for the staff where they are always there to help you. The breakfast is good, the rooms are clean and serviced every day, the beer in the hotel is reasonably priced and the carpark is secure (but it comes at an extra cost) To be honest I have been using this hotel for my trips to Lille or my stop overs from Spain for around 10 years and I would recommend it.

Nothing fancy but it is clean, staff are friendly, beds comfy, breakfast is adequate (actually, it's good given it is included in the price - cold meat, scrambled eggs, hash browns, breads and pastries, cereal and yoghurt), great location and excellent value for money.

Great they have parking but it is excruciatingly tight to get into - appreciate they can't do much about that though - if you are not confident with the width of your car then plan to park somewhere else.

The hotel was in a good location, just on the edge of the old town. It was clean and functional. The breakfast had enough variety to be good for a couple of days. The staff were very helpful and friendly and responded to our request to unblock the shower drain very quickly. There are lots of good restaurants in easy walking distance. The station is a 20-minute walk, and metro stops are nearby.

The rooms are quite small and the beds are hard but that's perhaps a personal preference!

Rayann and Guillame and indeed all staff were so helpful during Olympics. Friendly and great advise how to get around Lille. Room was good and clean. Central location which 10 min walk to old town. Breakfast was good and refillable water was very handy. Staff at breakfast worked hard to keep restocked and clean. Crossiants were lovely. Thank you for great stay during hectic Olympics.

Minor issue as electricity to AC went out during last night. Window wouldn't open but lucky temp.dropped during that night so we were OK.

The room and hotel in general was clean, with comfortable bed and desk to work. Also around, you find lot of shops, restaurants etc. it’s perfect place for a short trip. Very nice and helpful staff

-The room was really cold, unfortunately the isolation is not the best.. - it’s missing some shelf etc to unpack, which for longer stay it’s not so comfortable. But for a short trip I think it should not be a big deal.
