is Clean and tidy Staff were helpful cheerful and polite. stayed in 4-persons room which is spacious. Beds were comfortable. Lots of electrical plugs 🔌 for use which is convenient. Also get USB Ports for phone charging. Breakfast at €11.99/person with quite a good selection of food which I think it’s value for money especially the restaurant is decorated with vibes. Parking at the shopping mall basement at €16 for 24 hours or €8 for 12 hours. Can unload luggage at entrance and park the car. Can take the lift to ground floor direct from the parking lot. The exit is just a side door of the hotel. Then a few steps into hotel main entrance.

Air conditioning can be cooler. Didn’t sleep well as in the middle of the night it was hot.

The B&B is a misleading name, as I was expecting a version of a bed & breakfast. This B&B is a very modern, stylish hotel. The foyer is bright, with plenty of room for groups to sit and talk. The rooms match the rest in terms of design. Note that the windows cannot be opened. Breakfast was very good. For gaming fans, the B&B has a brand-new pinball machine - something you see very rarely these days.

I missed the underground car park at first. The B&B level is at -3. If you leave the car overnight, pay for it at the hotel desk for a better rate. In our case, we saved €13.

We took the big room it was very clean and new toilet was also clean. I didn’t expect this from bed and breakfast hotel but I was very pleased. The hotel was also very quiet.

We couldn’t open the window for fresh air it was winder and we don’t want to open air conditioners. There is a window in the room but you can’t open it The restaurant didn’t have much variety we had to go out to look for food and it was difficult specially that we arrived late Sunday night

Where do i start?! We arrived in Lille at a hotel we had booked and it was awful! At 22:00 we came to this hotel and it was a god send! We ask for rooms next to each other and reception gave us joining rooms, Nothing was too much bother for any of the staff here they are all great people friendly people! The hotel is clean and very modern and well worth the money! Its right nect to a big shopping centre and 5 minutes walk into the city, However its very quiet. I really enjoyed my stay here

There is nothing i didnt like!

Very kind and helpful staff at the front desk, good choice of different foods for breakfast, very silent room, nice and far view from the room, good bed, spacious room, shelves instead of cupboards, did I already mention the very kind staff at the desk, parking facilities at fair prices

The window in the room didn't open. The room had sufficient ventilation, but I personally do prefer ventilating with outdoor air.

Lovely welcome to the hotel. The room was clean, modern and comfy. All amenities available (hair dryer, towels and shampoo), We enjoyed playing the table football and the breakfast. An easy walk to the metro and only approximately 20 minutes to get to the centre of Lille. We parked on the side of the road which was free and only a few minutes to the hotel. Close to a nice little shopping centre (Lillenium) which we didn't manage to go to but looked very nice, modern and lots of shops. Would highly recommend this hotel for a city trip to Lille.

Apart from the shopping centre, there didn't seem to be much around the hotel however still easy to get to the metro.

We stopped over here en route back to the uk after a long drive across Europe. The hotel sits south of the centre of Lille, just off the motorway. There is parking underground discounted when staying at the hotel. The hotel itself is very modern. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff were excellent and the buffet breakfast plentiful and of good quality. The metro is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel and 4 stops takes you to the busy and beautiful old centre of Lille. A very convenient stop over that was really excellent value for money. Couldn’t fault it!

The room was great, very clean and beds were extremely comfortable! The shower was also great! The staff were lovely and their English was very good!

The breakfast! We just thought it was a little expensive for basically just bread, jam and yogurt. There had been egg and bacon available but when we arrived for breakfast at 8:40am it had all gone and wasn’t replaced.

The location was great, very spacious and clean rooms. Our cats were very comfortable also. We will definitely come back. We liked the ample secure parking structure also. Staff were very kind and helpful.

When arriving late at night, the property looks closed (lights in the lobby were off, no one was visible from outside), we were unsure if we were even in the right place. The parking structure was also closed (apparently you need to enter a code in order to open the gate after hours) I think providing better instruction on what to do after hours might be helpful for people also keeping some lights on in the lobby? The staff were very helpful once we came in but just the initial trying to figure out where to go, where to park etc was confusing.

Breakfast was good, not much choice of hot food but plenty of everything else. Room was huge! Clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Theres a bar area and food available on request. Great value for money!

You can hear cars going over a speed bump from the underground parking but it didn't go on all night. The area is a little questionable.
