We took the big room it was very clean and new toilet was also clean. I didn’t expect this from bed and breakfast hotel but I was very pleased. The hotel was also very quiet.

We couldn’t open the window for fresh air it was winder and we don’t want to open air conditioners. There is a window in the room but you can’t open it The restaurant didn’t have much variety we had to go out to look for food and it was difficult specially that we arrived late Sunday night

Where do i start?! We arrived in Lille at a hotel we had booked and it was awful! At 22:00 we came to this hotel and it was a god send! We ask for rooms next to each other and reception gave us joining rooms, Nothing was too much bother for any of the staff here they are all great people friendly people! The hotel is clean and very modern and well worth the money! Its right nect to a big shopping centre and 5 minutes walk into the city, However its very quiet. I really enjoyed my stay here

There is nothing i didnt like!

Lovely welcome to the hotel. The room was clean, modern and comfy. All amenities available (hair dryer, towels and shampoo), We enjoyed playing the table football and the breakfast. An easy walk to the metro and only approximately 20 minutes to get to the centre of Lille. We parked on the side of the road which was free and only a few minutes to the hotel. Close to a nice little shopping centre (Lillenium) which we didn't manage to go to but looked very nice, modern and lots of shops. Would highly recommend this hotel for a city trip to Lille.

Apart from the shopping centre, there didn't seem to be much around the hotel however still easy to get to the metro.

We stopped over here en route back to the uk after a long drive across Europe. The hotel sits south of the centre of Lille, just off the motorway. There is parking underground discounted when staying at the hotel. The hotel itself is very modern. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff were excellent and the buffet breakfast plentiful and of good quality. The metro is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel and 4 stops takes you to the busy and beautiful old centre of Lille. A very convenient stop over that was really excellent value for money. Couldn’t fault it!

The location was great, very spacious and clean rooms. Our cats were very comfortable also. We will definitely come back. We liked the ample secure parking structure also. Staff were very kind and helpful.

When arriving late at night, the property looks closed (lights in the lobby were off, no one was visible from outside), we were unsure if we were even in the right place. The parking structure was also closed (apparently you need to enter a code in order to open the gate after hours) I think providing better instruction on what to do after hours might be helpful for people also keeping some lights on in the lobby? The staff were very helpful once we came in but just the initial trying to figure out where to go, where to park etc was confusing.

The room was great, very clean and beds were extremely comfortable! The shower was also great! The staff were lovely and their English was very good!

The breakfast! We just thought it was a little expensive for basically just bread, jam and yogurt. There had been egg and bacon available but when we arrived for breakfast at 8:40am it had all gone and wasn’t replaced.

Breakfast was good, not much choice of hot food but plenty of everything else. Room was huge! Clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Theres a bar area and food available on request. Great value for money!

You can hear cars going over a speed bump from the underground parking but it didn't go on all night. The area is a little questionable.

The property and rooms were spacious and well equipped. The staff were attentive.

The first room we were provided to check into smelled of smoke. It was clean but obvious the previous guest had been smoking in there. The room was quickly changed for us. The parking pricing structure is confusing. We checked in at 5pm and offer 12 or 24 hours parking. Given that customers will be checking in usually from 3pm onwards it is highly unlikely anyone will select the 12 hour option and be be leaving at 3am. Make it simple and say to park for 1 day it is EURXXX

Very friendly staff, they are kind to help.

I didn't like that in the Breakfast assortment there a very small amount of food to select: 1 cheese, 1 ham, 1 omelet, and very bad fried bacon. Please check what is wrong with your fried bacon. Let your menu creator-chef to taste the bacon in any other hotel, I have never found the nonsense made with this product anywhere.

it is new! spacious and basic. I liked that it doesn't feel like in a plastic box (travelodge in the UK), it feels like a good place. I could take control of my air conditioning easily, but windows are not made to be open.

wifi access is very long. It disconnects every 2-3 hours, and the procedure is 3 steps and has 10 questions. The forms do not remember users, so you end up typing so much info every time, that you give up on your phone to start with. And on my laptop, I had to re-start it every single time, when I reconnected to wifi (so about 5-8 times a day, if I was working from the hotel)
