Onsite secure private parking was 12 euro per day. Entrance good for small compact cars, difficult for larger one. The area appears residential and is pretty quiet in evening. It right on the tram line so easy to access the city center for commuter. Cant beat the price paid for the location that is walkable to the center, a few kilometers at most. Did not take the breakfast option but requested to pay for a coffee but receptionist was kind to not charge a fee. Closeby the Hotel: Fabulous french bakery Atelier des Saveurs (boulangerie) within walking distance. Had a nice modern french - suprise lunch menu at Saisons - Cave à Manger, approximate 40-50 euro per person depending on wine /beer selection. Irish pub also next to hotel for those interesting in a convenient brew. Only reason it does not have a 10 stars ratings is limited option for food and shops around hotel location.

Nothing to dislike for our budgeted option. We took a genius deal for our booking.

Excellent breakfast, and the same for the rooms; the tram stop to the town centre is right in front of the hotel, and you are in the heart of Lille in 5 minutes. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and professional, and there is a free water dispenser (cold and hot) on every floor of the hotel

The entrance to the hotel's internal car park is very complex, and I don't think it is possible for all cars, ours, a Citroën C3 entered with difficulty

The room was big enough, not huge, but it had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. It was cleaned every day and, all in all, more than adequate. The breakfast was great - all-you-can-eat from pastries to fruit to ham and eggs. A good way to start the day.

The only problem was that the "lounge" was also the reception area, so it was on the ground floor and with floor to ceiling windows onto the street. A little more privavcy would have been good.

Late check-out (12h), Relatively close to the TGV railway station (10 -15 minutes), Close tram to the City centre, Roubaix, Tourcoing Good breakfast, Restaurants and a small supermarket close to the hotel as well as the "Giants park", Seems to be a secure area of Lille Coffee at the reception, Bathroom with the bath.

The tram and the cars on the side of the Av de la Republique can be too loud at night (but the sound isolation with the neighboring rooms is fine) There is only the French TV available. Late check in.

20min walk from train stations, local bar next door, Irish bar around the corner,small supermarket about 100mtrs away. Found it to be nice and quiet. Room was adequate for me, good sized bathroom, soap and shower gel supplied. Liked the breakfast, croissant, pastries, cereal, fruit, cheese, ham, breads and scrambled eggs and bacon, coffee machine, plenty of teabags, juices, all available self service style. Staff polite and friendly, so thank you to all of them. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay

Breakfast was exceptionally good with plenty of choice. Room very nice, quite compact but well decorated and large enough for a few days, bathroom also fine. Location of the hotel was excellent, with tramstop literally outside the door, and a few restaurants only a few yards away.

Only fault was the fridge and claim to have a minibar - the fridge didn't work except for the light inside it (!) and there was nothing in it, anyway!

When checking in the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was clean spacious and comfortable and very quiet even though we had a tram stop outside we could not hear it. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of pastries available and also including scrambled eggs and bacon which were perfect. We had safe parking for our vehicle which is always appreciated.

The entrance to the car park was a little tight but we managed ok but i could see it might be a problem for some people.

The room was good, no complaints at all. I didn’t have any meals in the hotel so cannot comment. There is a tram stop almost directly in front of the hotel, it’s only two stops to the central station, end of the line. Very convenient but extremely busy at rush hour times, I once had to let two trams pass before I could squeeze on.

The entrance to the parking was extremely right, while I have a large car I normally have no problems getting in anywhere but I had difficulty here, I’m not sure how anything larger could get in. If you have a large car the best way in might be to go past the entry and reverse in.

This was a very nice hotel. The room was basic but comfortable and very clean. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast had a good variety to suit all tastes. Coffee was available 24 hours which was welcome. Location excellent and easy access to the tram. The hotel was an easy walking distance of the 2 main rail stations. 2 good bar/restaurants serving good food close by. I would recommend and stay again if in the area.

Bed was a bit hard but still comfortable.

Decent location, with tram stop just outside, making it easy to get to and from rail station. Pleasant rooms, with interesting decor. A little different from standard budget hotels. Very comfortable bed. Slept very well. Very helpful staff.

Cleanliness not quite perfect. Decor, is nice, but a little tired. No kettle in room. Missed being able to make a cup of tea or coffee.
