The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Nice that it was near the metro since it was outside of the city center.

It was a bit far from the center. The main complaint was that the check in time was listed as 16:00 but we were later told it was 16:30 yet staff did not arrive to hand over keys until 17:00, sk if you book keep that in mind. Also it was not clear of there was wifi and if there was we were never made aware of how to access it.

It was really clean and comfortable and spacious. It was very quiet and warm. I would definitely stay again. Good location to city centre and the university where my daughter is studying and staying nearby.

There was nothing for me to use to wash dishes with and brush the floor which was annoying and I didn’t want to have to buy anything. Also I put the bed up during the day and the sofa had not been cleaned underneath and there were a lot of roasted peanuts there. Also my check in wasn’t great. Though I maybe at fault because I didn’t let the staff know I was coming at 4 . I just turned up and assumed someone would be there

Room looks really nice, bed is comfortable, clean and spacious fridge. I would add a dish soap, since we are asked to wash the dishes, a full body in a hallway and a cutting board witha normal knife(only butter knife available).

I would really like to get guidelines on how to open the front door and how to use stove beforehand. Additionally the radiator in the main room did not work. There was only one wine glass and it was cracked.

It's a quite new building. Quite silent. The room was very clean. I spent 4 nights here and I was very satisfied with the accommodation. It has got a small kitchen (consist of 1 pan, 1 pot, boards, cutler, scissor). In the bathroom there is shower gel. You need to bring kitchen towel and dishwasher though. There is also a water cooker (bring extra teabags and nescafe). Some staff employees speaks English, some of them not. The appartements mostly on the 4th floor. The breakfast is simple: bread, baguette, yoghurt, butter, jam, nutella, cereals, milk. The price is worth for 1 person, especially when you can cook in the appartement. I really like it! Tv channels are mostly in French, and there was also Netflix to watch for free. The area is fine. I used V'Lille bikes to rent every day and cycle to the centrum. Closeby is a great bakery (Au P'tit Louis) I didn't use public transport. I came by train, have neither experience with parking by car.

Good location, very close to Metro station. Close to good food places and supermarket. Building and room felt very secure. A big apartment that was quiet, warm and comfy, with a really good shower. Was perfect for our four night stay.

- After checking in online before we arrived, we still had to wait 3 hours to get into our room as it wasn’t ready. Poor communication about the reason, and there were at least four other parties in the same situation as us. - Wasn’t easy to find wi-fi code, and only saw a member of staff to ask on our second day. A basic infomation welcome pack in the room would have been very helpful. - Fridge didn’t seal properly, so nothing felt very cold. A kitchen towel to dry plates & cups etc. would have been good, also a chopping board.

Smart little apartment, bathroom is off the bedroom which was a bit awkward. Modern and clean. Good breakfast for €10

Awkward having to go through bedroom to get to bathroom. Kitchen very basic with minimal crockery, glasses etc. Very noisy by busy road.and hot, try and stay on north side, would be quieter and cooler.

Good space, we enjoyed having a sitting area as well as facilities for preparing food if we wanted to. It was great to have a fridge, microwave and a kettle. The breakfast was good and the whole place was clean. Location was good for us as it was near our daughter, but also near a Metro stop.

No bedside lights, no draining area for washing up, no hooks for hanging towels in the bathroom, lots of unnecessary storage space and no indication of where the WiFi code might be found. It was noisy because of the building site outside.

I liked the ratio of the price for the service provided. The stay included breakfast, which I had no idea about. That pleasantly surprised me. And the variety of food for breakfast was very good.

Communication via emails as well as with employees was only possible in French. However, the staff was very friendly and tried to be as helpful as they could. The translation application - google translate - is so helpful. Getting the room key was a bit confusing.

Having a bathroom and a cooking space.

The stove only came to lukewarm. It was not possible to cook on it. The microwave worked well enough.

We had an incredible stay thanks to this lady called Fathy (if i am spelling her name correctly) that we met at the reception. We will definitely visit again just to experience her good humor, enthusiasm and care again.

The establishment seemed a bit understaffed, but that's it, Fathy def made up for any of it.
