The bed was really comfortable & spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. The only issue I would have is with the pillows, these were more like cushions & were not firm, solid or of a pillow consistency. I know that compared to Ireland, pillows aren't usually as good & I nearly always carry a travel pillow for such situations but didn't bring it this time. It was a bit disappointing that we had been advised that the hotel restaurant was not open at weekends, however they did recommend La Cervoise Tiede restaurant, a short 10 minute drive from the hotel. This place was simply amazing. Also we were told that there was no bar at the hotel but they did allow us bring our own drinks. The breakfast slection was good & plentiful. The coffee was really good. From a location perspective for a group travelling from Ireland and heading to Herlies and up to Ypres it was perfect & the price was great value for money.

Better quality pillows. Surprised about the restaurant was closed but the recommendation compensated for it. Again as above the fact that there was no bar was disappointing but we were able to work around it.

Very easy to find and the perfect location for an overnight stop on the way to the Ferry Port. Plenty of parking spaces. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and the hotel had a newly refurbished appearance. The entrance and communal areas were very clean, bright and stylish. The rooms were small and basic but very clean and modern. Bed was comfortable although the pillows were very lumpy. Nice hot shower with body wash and soap provided and large towels, spare toilet roll etc. the only downside was it being a shower curtain rather than a door and everything got soaked. On the whole excellent value for the price.

No privacy net at window. Our room was directly over reception so we were fully on view and everyone who passed looked up. The shower curtain was a bit discoloured No kettle in room.

It suited us for a stop over, cheap, cheerful, good breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly. Family room worked well.

Food was not served on a Friday evening so Friday is classed as the weekend. Not a major problem, we made other arrangements

I love the price. We needed a place to stay in between the Chunnel and our place in Belgium. This was it. Cheap and meets basic needs

The hotel was just a stop over for our drive from UK to Switzerland. We arrived late at 1am and left early next morning. So we cannot really say more than that it has really nice breakfast with plenty of choice. It had a car park too. Great value for money!

Bathroom was fairly basic, but for the price one cannot really complain too much. Don't think it has air conditioning but we didn't arrive on the hottest day of the August heatwave.

The first clean hotel room I have had in France this year. We all know that the French are not as clean as the Germans and the Swiss, so this hotel was much appreciated.

Room was clean, and comfortable. Shower was hot and well pressured, if a little tight!

The single mattresses pushed together to form a double kept moving and made it a little uncomfortable at times.

Useful location for what we had to do. Very good value for Money!!!!!

Non-chain motel, ideal for a stop-over and a night's sleep. Restaurant looks like a family restaurant, with reasonable prices.

Ask nicely and you can get an evening pression .. breakfast is adequate bread meats cheeses fruit quality ingredients
