Arrived for very late check in & left early morning so extremely limited use of facilities but room was clean & spacious with comfortable beds & a lovley large window. Problem with machine check in but member of staff dealt with very promptly.

The car park - great that it is large & secure but doesn't appear to be clearly/fully marked for bays & led to some non standard parking - therefore we strugged to find space on late arrival & as later guests had been forced to double park it was tricky for us to leave the car park in the morning. The vehicle in front of us was larger & had an even greater problem.

Easy electronic check-in at 2pm. Had breakfast and paid the member of staff whilst having breakfast (same price). Secure code entry to rooms. Shower and bed were good, plenty of towels. Vending machine for water, coke, small snacks in reception where you need a card to pay. Toilet accessible near reception if you arrive before 2pm.

Just the location really, it's 40 minutes walk from the station and there is not a lot nearby. Nearest tabac about 10 minutes. Nearest bar au pot tabac about 15 minutes. Bistro derby open 12-14 next door to bar. Ans a boulangre. The hotel itself was perfect for access by car, secure overnight parking. Only stayed here as all other hotels in Lens were 100% booked due to RC Lens football match. No check-in at 1:50, must wait until 2pm exactly, though room was ready and check-in straight forward.

The mattresses are great. This hotel chain is a no nonsense facility and serves the purpose. Good for an overnight trip or stopover.

When we went the payment system was down and so we could not get an entry in our hotel room. I made a mistake that I did not prepay. Always remember to prepay so that we straight away get the hotel 6 digit entry code. And one will not be stuck outside.

This is a modern hotel with lots of parking but often reception is unmanned so you need to check in using the console in reception which is a bit of a pain. Its close to A26 and easy to find. There are a few restaurants and a Lidl close by plus a big Carrefour with petrol on the road back to A26 The rooms are on the small side and the beds are OK but it's not luxury. But the price is very good and the rooms are clean

The rooms were clean and well laid out with a good shower. There was adequate parking. There were no staff that i saw, you check in on a machine to gain access to the hotel and pin for your room. We did not eat breakfast here as there were no staff to inquire about what was included and it looked like it would just be continental which we wouldn't have wanted. There are restaurants close to the hotel. There is a cold drink machine in the entrance which after a bit of faffing about we found you needed to use the hot drink machine next to it and select snacks to purchase the cold options. Good cheap option for us to break up the journey as we traveled from the UK to Disneyland Paris.

Would have been nice to have some staff present for reassurance but it was extremely good value (about £180 for 3 rooms/10 people) so cost cutting on staff is to be expected

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very close to the museum Louvre where we wanted to visit. Lovely town centre close by and restaurants near by too. The hotel was great for the cost. The room was a good size for 4 people

No coffee making facilities only a vending machine down stairs but it worked well for what we needed. The room was nice and clean except for dirty finger prints on the doors and on the wooden head board which I had to clean myself

Good selection for breakfast, something for everyone. We arrived after midnight and the security guard who greeted us was very nice and helpful. The room was spotless and very spacious for a family room and the shower was great.

Nothing really, we had everything we needed and at good value.

Excellent location - walking distance to the Louvre Lens museum. The #1 bus takes you into the town centre if you wish to go there - a few minutes walk from the hotel to the bus stop. Just across from the hotel is a Volvo showroom - on a mezzanine within the showroom, is a very good restaurant offering fine dining at good value. Avoid the sushi restaurant in town - food a bit weird.

Our bathroom smelt of cigarette smoke, but that's not really the hotel's fault as it is a no smoking hotel. Breakfast buffet was a bit depleted on the second day, but the staff worked hard to keep it stocked up and for 8 euro it covered all the bases.

It's close to the main strip in Lens with a Carrefour and quite a few restaurants. It's pretty close to the A26 which we were using to head down to Northern Italy so stress free Carpark is a good size and well lit so we weren't too worried about the stuff we left in the car overnight

Our third stay here and standards are still excellent! Value for money and a high standard of facilities in a brilliant location close to the Louvre-Lens and eating places, the crocodile buffet is consistently our favourite. Staff were really friendly and helpful considering our French is abysmal.

There's nothing to dislike here.
