Food wise Breakfast was very good however we came down at 9.15 and were not greeted by a soul. We were left to our own devises. We were the only ones at breakfast at this time although it was clear there had been. There was a very young male member of staff who did not appear to know what to do. He did not engage us at all nor make eye contact but ignored us. We thought this was strange and definitely some training is required as he was the only visible member of staff

Slightly warmer pool temperature. Milk in the rooms for making coffee as not everyone wants it black or espresso.

In general good American-style hotel, with decent size rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Decent size pool and variety of saunas.

Food and drinks are pricey! Not unexpected, but still. Over 6 Euros for a cappuccino is expensive. Very small fitness room with three pieces of equipment only. Could use a bit more ;-). There were lots of people in the pool area and saunas Saturday evening and floors were slippery wet. It would have helped if the floor had been wiped on and off as people were just in and out of the pool and wearing their dripping wet swimming costumes into the sauna.

We booked this hotel as a last minute stop over, arrived very late at night and the hotel staff made check in so quick and efficient. Room was lovely and beds were extremely comfy so we had a great sleep here. Seeing the grounds in the morning was a lovely surprise - it is absolutely gorgeous.

The drain in our shower was blocked so we bathroom quickly became very wet - but there was also a bath with showers so we had an alternative to use

A very comfortable modern hotel on a golf course on the edge of town with spa, pool and sunny terrace. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable with super comfy beds and everything you need to take advantage of the spa. The public areas are very chic and the bar with its extensive terrace overlooking the golf course is a real focal point. The spa has pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi as well as treatment rooms. Restaurant also has a terrace and views of the golf course and the breakfast was excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful and make a stay as comfortable as possible. Overall superb value, I will return.

We stayed here at the start of our journey south, after arriving in France at Eurotunnel - the hotel is easy to find and a short distance from the autoroute. The spa (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room) was superb and a treat to use after a very long day's journey from northern England. The room had everything we needed - very comfortable and well-equipped. We arrived on a Sunday when the restaurant was closed, but the bar's cold platters were an excellent substitute. Excellent buffet breakfast - everything you wanted readily available. The hotel was immaculately clean, and all the staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel is in a very well-off suburb of Arras, adjacent to the golf course. We would definitely be happy to stay there again and recommend to others.

The breakfast room floor and the lounge floor had not been cleaned when we went for breakfast, not what I'd expect from an establishment like this. I mentioned it to the reception staff who said that the breakfast room and the lounge (bar 19) would be cleaned later that morning.

We had booked a city view room but upon arrival received an upgrade for free to the balcony golf course view. This was really appreciated and the room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good! The golf course view was fabulous. Good air con and TV in the room. The bathroom (room 26) was perfect.

It would have been good if the spa had been open earlier in the morning so that we could have used it before setting off, eg. 8am in the morning would have been great.

The Spa facility was fantastic. The staff were very helpful it was absolutely a bonus that the spa facility was open till late in the evening which we very much enjoyed using the spa facility. The only downside. I wish there was a water dispenser closer to the sauna area. To have a quick drink of water rather than going out to the Spa reception to request which the staff were absolutely helpful and fantastic, but I would’ve preferred not to leave that particular facility for that. The whole concept of the hotel was very elegant and comfortable. All the staff were very approachable and helpful with all enquiries. The only downside was we were a little hungry around 9:30 in the evening. It would’ve been so helpful if there was a soup option available on the menu as the weather was quite cold and we ended up eating salad which was nice but not suitable. We just had it due to hunger.

Everything : the staff , the room is gorgeous, Breakfast is wonderful. The terrace is superb. The bar as well. A great place.. I return again and again.

A very very little detail: the napkins in the restaurant are a sad brown color and are useless as the material is so unpleasant. A good old white napkin is an elegant choice

The hotel was very nice and clean. The restaurant at the facility was great! Everyone was very professional and helpful. I stayed 2 weeks and I enjoyed it.. I was worried about the language issue, but there is always someone from the staff willing to help out. The manager was super nice and made sure to introduce himself and make you feel welcome.
