It's a really lovely period hotel right in the centre of town, the Grand Place. Parking was easy (the underground car park below the square). The breakfast was an excellent continental buffet style: bread, pain au chocolat, croissants, pancakes, eggs, charcuterie, fromagerie, fruit salads, yoghurts.The room we had was on the first floor with a view over the square and very comfortable. Seriously comfortable beds.

Lack of toilet paper but the staff who spoke very good English gave me more, so not a lot wrong with the place really. We had a fabulous time. It was noisy but our visit was timed with one of the summer music festival where the centre of Arras turns into a nightclub. It was jolly and really fun.

Excellent location, right on the square. You can park for free on the square or in the underground carpark for 20 euro a night. Lots of places to eat, plenty of choice. Friendly staff. Lovely big rooms with comfy beds and clean towels. Great breakfast plenty of choice - gorgous croissants. Lovely little courtyard - we had a drink and cheeseboard in the evening - great value. Woke up to a Saturday market, loads if stalls, great atmosphere.

It was very warm and there was no air conditioning. We had a fan though.

Great location with a nice view over the square. Elevator was very helpful to get up to the top floor, nice big room for the family. Staff were very helpful and friendly and gave us some pointers about where to go and what to see.

Breakfast was good, selection was somewhat limited. You could boil your own eggs, which was intriguing. Continental breakfast only, no English breakfast. The shower was a bit tricky to use without splashing out onto the floor, but the shower itself was very nice.

Comfortable, quiet hotel recently refurbished and reopened and perfectly situated on a corner of the Grand Place bang on in the center of Arras. Lots of restaurants proposing local, regional, french and international dishes at resonable prices available on the square and near-by. Free over ground car parking at night in square or cheap underground parking underneath square at 13€ to 14€ for the night. Hotel offers a copious buffet breakfast. Staff are very welcoming , friendly and helpful.

Extra pillows would be nice.

The hotel, a 15th century building, was superbly well converted to more modern needs, and it was exceptionally clean if not ultra stylish. The staff were helpful, and the situation in an impressive square was ideal. Lots of excellent eateries well within walking distance. It was perhaps unfortunate that none of the usual parking was available in the square whilst we were there. Breakfasts (uncooked) were unusual but vast, enabling midday snacks to be smuggled out of the dining room. Enjoyable and recommended.

Partition walls were a little thin and the lift rather antiquated, but so what? Only the good will remain in our memories.

The location on Grand Place is excellent. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself, being in an old building, is a bit cramped but that's part of the charm.

The breakfasts were fine, but they were unable to deal with a full house on Saturday, and ran out of croissants and bread - an Amazonian woman who was there with her children and parents stood at the counter and simply took the entire batch, so everyone else had to wait 15 minutes for more.

Great parking nearby and good to be welcoming for my small dog too. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They even offered a dog bed and a bowl for my dog. A great gesture although I had already brought them for my dog.

The bedroom was quite small but not much can be done about that, especially as it was for one person and a small dog. It would be a nice touch to have a light in the shower area. I am sure that could be easily resolved.

Beautiful location , right on the Grand Place. It was great to be able to walk straight out on to the Grand Place in the morning and return at night, when the Grand Place is very atmospheric, illuminated by lights behind the gables. The square and nearby streets are full of good places to eat. Excellent good-sized breakfasts were served in the breakfast room.

Nothing important. The rooms were a little cramped but they were fully equipped and very clean - and characterful, with views over the surrounding streets

Beautiful hotel, interesting architecture and comfortable. Simple but fresh breakfast. Friendly check-in staff and extremely well located for both the main squares in Arras.

There's no on-site secure parking for motorcycles, but you can park for free on the square right opposite the hotel, and the underground car park which is secure but expensive. Coffee OK could be better.

Very well located and easy to find with many restaurants and visitor sites close by. The staff were friendly and helpful and the bed in the room was comfortable. The breakfast was very good and good value for money.

The shower room was very small, although adequate for our purposes and the shower worked well. The ony real downside was a lack of space to unpack our cases, so we had to "live out of our case" to some extent.
