The room we stayed in was a good size, clean and comfortable. We had a family room for two adults and two children and our children loved the bunk bed. The temperature of the room was perfect. Check-in/check-out was easy and the member of staff we spoke to was very polite, friendly and helpful.

The underside of the bunk bed which was above our heads was a little unclean and had finger marks on it so I don't think it had been wiped down. We only had 2 drinking glasses but as a family of 4 it would have been good to have enough for all of us and perhaps a bottle of drinking water. The pillows could be better and more of them would be great.

Large comfortable bed, plentiful hot water, walk into town is an easy 15/20 minutes. Next to a Boulangerie Louise which opens early every day and where you could grab a seat and have a lovely fresh baguette and a decent sized drink....good alternative to the basic Kyriad breakfast offerings and good value in comparison.

On the face of it, it looked like there were a few options for breakfast but on sampling it, it was actually very poor quality and not value for money. Although we did manage to raise the temperature in the room we found the duvet on the light side for a winter stay and wasn't as toasty as we'd have liked.

Well lit parking at front of hotel in eye of diligent & helpful 24hr reception. Keycard entry to the hotel 'after hours'.Although there was no tea/coffee in room, or restaurant service, there was excellent vending and seating with coffee tables in the reception area with assistance from reception. You could buy a toothbrush, toothpaste & soap if you had forgotten to pack. I had an excellent 'emergency' Piquard salmon pasta readymeal heated up with the microwave & a liptons tea at 1am, or you could heat up your own food. The room was very basic, but very clean & also quiet with good blackout. The breakfast was fine, but if you only wanted a coffee & a pastry, there is an excellent bakery coffee shop next door. The hotel was near the centre of Arras, but we decided to drive in and park in the main square, due to dreadful weather & not knowing the city. It was quite easy to find & easy to get back to the motorway to Reims to continue our journey down south.

Stayed here after a late ferry to Calais. It was perfect for what we needed easy to find, super comfortable beds and near shops for groceries.

It's very soulless and the room itself is very basic and a bit like a cell, I wouldn't stay here for a longer period but as a one night stop over it ticked every box. A great night's sleep which was exactly what we wanted!

We paid extra for breakfast and it was good. Continental style if you wished or hot eggs and bacon if that was your preference. Location was great for us as we were driving a rental car to various battlefield cemeteries, Vimy Memorial and to Menin Bridge in Ypres, and access to rural areas was relatively easy.

We were visiting 5 countries on this trip and speaking all languages was not possible. More acceptance of English could have helped.

very helpful lady on reception, she found one of our party another room so he didn't have to share. nice clean, comfy room, not the biggest, but enough room for two people.good shower, comfy bed, air conditioning & about a 15 min walk into the centre of Arras, where all the bars and restaurants are, so for us it was an ideal location. bonus was that our motorbikes were secure in a locked car park at night and were not visible to anyone. nice budget hotel for a one night stay in Arras on your way back to England as it's only about an hour back to the channel tunnel.

Clean and comfortable, basic yet very good budget hotel, modernly decorated. Friendly and helpful reception staff, easy walk into town about 10-15 minutes Easy location from the motorway perfect for a night or two stopover. Breakfast was again basic but good value for money. Free parking, twin beds.

It is a 10 minute walk into the centre of Arras. There is a fantastic bakery situated just 30 metres from the Hotel and you can enjoy your purchases with an exceptional cup of coffee.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The room I stayed in was clean and the shower was roasting hot. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of coffee and fruit juice to drink. So I have nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Perfect location on way to England over night. Great city and few km for food and a wow French experience. Hotel serves purpose.

Electric chargers (4) worked but annoying. Had to sign up - long process with fake French phone number to get it to work. Beers out the vending machine were warm. Shower flooded.

We have never been to Arras so we had a pleasant surprise. We have stayed in a number of Kyriad hotels before and they are always good value for the money. The only negative we had this time was the shower was difficult to get in and out of and we are not obese.
