Lovely hotel right in centre of Arras, stunning town square with bars and restaurants a step away. We were 2 cycle tourists heading to Paris and this was our 2nd stop. Lovely attentive lady checked us in and really made us feel welcome, she let us store our bikes in the hotel courtyard safely. Room was spotless and just what we needed, had good air on a really hot day. Nice bar area which was reasonably priced with to channels to watch sport… highly recommended this hotel

How helpful the staff were when our car disappeared. We parked in the Grand Place on our first night. Went back in the morning and it was gone. It had been towed away from a parking space that was suddenly now about to have a stage put on it. They made many phone calls to track down our car's whereabouts and arranged a taxi to take us to the police station and compound etc. Thank you so much for your help.

Nothing as the hotel is brilliantly situated and is very comfortable.

Perfect location, clean and tidy and great for an overnight stay. Considering this is a town centre hotel the rooms are a reasonable size. If you are travelling further south and are looking for a convenient stop over after a channel crossing, this is perfect.

A very minor issue is that the pillows are very uncomfortable... but it did affect the quality of sleep.

Location and staff were great. Breakfast was really good - fresh, hot chocolate croissants! Beds with duvets - crisp cotton! Would stay here again.

Rooms were cold, but in fairness, we didn't ask why our heater didn't work. Towels and amenities very basic.

Location: easy to walk all over the city from the hotel. Comfortable beds and the hotel was quiet.

Room was otherwise ok but we would have needed an extra rack for hanging wet towels in the bathroom. Also a smaller hand towel would be useful during the stay (we only got one for the first night and after that not anymore). The hairdryer is antique! It should definitely be replaced by a new one.

Wonderful location. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom was fine. Staff were pleasant and welcoming.

The room was a little dark. The room is quite small, but we could get two suitcases in and open them. We would recommend an electric kettle in the room to make a hot drink. Many hotels we have stayed in, have a kettle.

Right in the heart of Arras A few steps from Grande Place and Place des Heros. Staff were very welcoming Like all B&B Hotels I have stayed in , it was clean, practical and comfortable. Bathroom small but well laid out, Power shower was good. Bed fresh and comfortable Nice lounge area by reception. Very bright and modern with charging points and drinks machine with free tea ,infusions and coffee Hotel is very convenient for sightseeing and walking in Arras town centre. Parking nearby in the main square. There is also a large park and ride carpark about 10 minutes walk away. There is a free electric bus into town from there. We were lucky and got a parking space in Place Ipswich ( near the British red telephone box!)

Room was fine but a bit small with just enough space to walk around the beds( we had a twin room). Great for 1 or 2 nights,,but probably too small for a longer stay

The location was very good, in the centrum. But still it was really quiet. Nice interior design. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room was really small. The window was very high up (the light comes in the room but I cannot see outside). The breakfast was very simple, with not too much to choose from.

Excellent location - a short walk from.the railway station and on a street just off from La Place des Héros at La Grande Place. Hotel is in the process of being refurbished - I wasn't disturbed during my stay and think it will benefit, as the rooms are a little dated. Despite its central location, the street itself is quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly - I could store my luggage after an early arrival, which was great. Breakfast had a good selection and was available from 6.30 am for a few hours, which meant I could get out for a run before breakfast and still be in time for opening hours of museums or taking a train to explore the area. Would definitely recommend the hotel, and Arras, as a base for exploring locally.

Nothing - the refurbishment should bring the rooms up to date but the room as it is was clean and comfy, and the hotel good value for money.

Excellent budget hotel in a fantastic location, a stone's throw from the main squares. Comfortable and clean. Good breakfast selection. Friendly, helpful staff.

Larger pillows would be nice. The rooms aren't big, which wasn't an issue for me, but it might be for a couple or a larger person.
