The property surrounded by fields. In a quite area. The road nearby busy, but I was not able to hear the traffic. I was able to open the window for the fresh air. All facility were in working order. There was a small bar style fridge with two bottle of water. The property was clean. On the ground floor rooms give one an ability to park the car just in front of the room. I still like the first floor more. Hotel has a nice looking restaurant.

Aircon was only partially controllable from the room itself. The temperature controls from the reception only. The room size is on the edge between middle and small. Only one chair was available. The ceiling is rather low. It just 5 cm above the reach of my hand. The sink is small, and it was hard to not spill out. The double bad consists of two mattress. The fast train traffic on nearby railway is disturbing when window is open.

Was perfect for us to breakdown our trip back from Disneyland, being off A1 and couple of hours into journey back down. Wanted hotel comfortable and offer bit more than basic accommodation and this hotel met our expectations. We had family room which was spacious, comfortable beds and nice arrangement of additional desks/tables that kids liked to sit at, coffee machine and lovely bathroom with walk in shower.

Bathroom had spa bathtub but unfortunately wasn't working which was a shame.

We stayed in the rear upstairs rooms, really nice and perfect for what we needed. Good parking, and there is a fuel station around the corner with realistic priced fuel for the vehicle.

There was 3 of us in 3 rooms, and on the morning, we all became confused on which way to get out of the corridor back to reception. We all ended up leaving via the fire door and walking around the building as there are no signs that we saw showing the stairs or way back. In a fire, this would be seriously disorientation and could be a real problem.

In a good location for our travel across France to Germany after getting off the Ferry in Calais. The family room was very spacious and well equipped. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Communication beforehand in English was a bit confused, I.e they informed us the restaurant did not operate on the night of our stay, but when we arrived it appeared to be functioning as the staff asked us if we’d like to eat in the restaurant and people were sat eating in there

Staff were super. Very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is very beautifully designed. Has a really fancy restaurant. The rooms were modern and the advantage that each room opened to a parking spot. Cool eh!!!!

Everything was great. The room was a little small for us but this is because we had a 2 and a half year old with us and the crib took up space.

Easy to reach off the motorway and despite being next to a rail line and road it was very quiet in our room. Very clean and all we needed was there. The air conditioned room was very welcome as it was a hot and humid summer night we stayed there. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

On the whole the staff were very friendly but the receptionist on our arrival didn't seem very welcoming. After travelling for eight hours to get there a smile would have gone a long way.

Ideally located, just over an hour from the Eurotunnel with 24 hour check-in, allowing us to get a latish shuttle and wake refreshed for onward travel. Friendly staff and super clean.

Slightly challenging route off the A26, then the A1, then some back-doubles and finally down a lane that is almost a track before you reach some very closed gates; fortunately an easy intercom to reception gets the gate to slide open. In fairness, we were arriving around midnight and few hotels would be as welcoming at this hour.

As our first stop en route to northern Italy it exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect with easy access from the adjoining individual garage. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the evening served by welcoming staff and a delightful breakfast next morning. Shall stay again when in the area.

Nothing at all. The location, staff, room and all meals were excellent. Nothing more to say, top notch.

Private parking and very clean rooms. Staff really efficient and food was really nice. I am coeliac and the staff were very helpful in ensuring that my food was safe and tasty

The only thing I would class as negative is the fact that we had a ground floor room with a wet room rather than a conventional bathroom and the floor was dangerous after using the shower .

Excellent hotel with spa, pool, gym, restaurant & bar. Didn’t try most of it but we were there for an overnight stay on the way to skiing. Everything was great about it for what we needed. Family room was massive and really comfortable.

If you want to go out, you can’t. But again, not an issue for us.
