Probably the best hotel shower I’ve had! The bed was comfortable, even if the mattress was a bit harder than expected. The restaurant food was very nice, everything we ordered was good quality. The breakfast was well catered and as soon as something ran out, it was replaced. We chose this hotel because of the location and the fact it had an EV charger (22KWh). The charger was easy to use and compatible with the Electroverse card. There are 4 bays and an idle charge to incentivise people to move on, but unfortunately there was an ICE car parked in one bay even though the car park was half full. Thankfully there was enough space for the EVs there.

A modern building, built a distance from any other features, with excellent parking, a welcoming entrance area, good quality bedrooms, and a lovely restaurant and very helpful staff. The night we arrived the hotel was hosting to two large 'events', but, to their great credit, this did not impact on the excellent service and quality at the restaurant

The building is low rise - only a couple of floors - but even so, the lack of a lift from the entrance hall was disappointing. Its situaation results in a bit of convoluted route to get to or from the location - but the satnav found the way !!.

Was perfect for us to breakdown our trip back from Disneyland, being off A1 and couple of hours into journey back down. Wanted hotel comfortable and offer bit more than basic accommodation and this hotel met our expectations. We had family room which was spacious, comfortable beds and nice arrangement of additional desks/tables that kids liked to sit at, coffee machine and lovely bathroom with walk in shower.

Bathroom had spa bathtub but unfortunately wasn't working which was a shame.

The property surrounded by fields. In a quite area. The road nearby busy, but I was not able to hear the traffic. I was able to open the window for the fresh air. All facility were in working order. There was a small bar style fridge with two bottle of water. The property was clean. On the ground floor rooms give one an ability to park the car just in front of the room. I still like the first floor more. Hotel has a nice looking restaurant.

Aircon was only partially controllable from the room itself. The temperature controls from the reception only. The room size is on the edge between middle and small. Only one chair was available. The ceiling is rather low. It just 5 cm above the reach of my hand. The sink is small, and it was hard to not spill out. The double bad consists of two mattress. The fast train traffic on nearby railway is disturbing when window is open.

We stayed in the rear upstairs rooms, really nice and perfect for what we needed. Good parking, and there is a fuel station around the corner with realistic priced fuel for the vehicle.

There was 3 of us in 3 rooms, and on the morning, we all became confused on which way to get out of the corridor back to reception. We all ended up leaving via the fire door and walking around the building as there are no signs that we saw showing the stairs or way back. In a fire, this would be seriously disorientation and could be a real problem.

In a good location for our travel across France to Germany after getting off the Ferry in Calais. The family room was very spacious and well equipped. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Communication beforehand in English was a bit confused, I.e they informed us the restaurant did not operate on the night of our stay, but when we arrived it appeared to be functioning as the staff asked us if we’d like to eat in the restaurant and people were sat eating in there

Excellent location next to the motorway. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and the meal exceeded our expectations. As we needed to leave the hotel before breakfast, the staff offered us a take out breakfast with coffee. This was well received and plentiful.

Staff were super. Very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is very beautifully designed. Has a really fancy restaurant. The rooms were modern and the advantage that each room opened to a parking spot. Cool eh!!!!

Everything was great. The room was a little small for us but this is because we had a 2 and a half year old with us and the crib took up space.

Location was perfect and the hotel was a massive unknown, but wow the staff were superb. You can park your right outside the allocated groundfloor room, felt like a holiday chalet. outdoor swimming pool

Not much, only the field flies. Great hotel and should be used more.

A latge comfortable modern hotel. Just off the motorway so an ideal stopover. Staff were very helpful. Great parking.

We had booked it because it had a restaurant. Unfortunately this was not open on the Sunday we visited. However, we were able to buy a meal tray which was lovely.
