Location was good. The room was lovely with a nice big comfy bed. The mini bar was stocked with water and orange juice we could use, and the parking at the hotel was great. There was a lift straight up to the hotel so we didn't have to lug our luggage up stairs. The staff were lovely and accommodating, especially the staff in the restaurant when we went for dinner. The food was delicious and very reasonable.

There were major road works going on outside the hotel so it was a bit of a faff finding the parking, but when we did it was all good. The view onto a car park wasn't the nicest thing to see first thing in the morning, but that's just me being a bit pendantic.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our visit even more special. Everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. The staff were excellent – professional, friendly, and always willing to help, which made us feel very welcome. The highlight was definitely the breakfast – honestly the best we’ve ever had in a hotel, with so much variety and incredible quality. Highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely nothing to complain for . .

Parking facilities were very good which was important to us for this visit. Location of hotel is great - about a 5 minute walk to the town centre which has several decent bars and restaurants and a beautiful Cathedral. Rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable.

There were quite significant roadworks going on directly outside the hotel. There is nothing the hotel could do about this and it is no reflection on our experience of the hotel, but was a negative point.

Great location only a 10 minute walk to the Christmas market and square. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Baby cot was already set up in the room for us (we requested at booking but most hotels weve stayed at either forget or leave you to unpack the cot). Bar areas were nice and the underground parking great. Our room was a good size and was very clean. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent. Sausage, scrambled egg, boiled eggs, bacon, cheeses, fruit, lots of breads, pancakes and a waffle machine - really good.

The room was large, well appointed and care had been taken to provide extra things, like an ironing board and iron, extra pillows, thick towel ing bath robes, decent sized China mugs, for the coffee and tea station, as well as cups and saucers and glasses. There were complimentary soft drinks in the fridge, as well as bottled water. I requested sheets and blankets, rather than a duvet, which was there for my arrival.

The floor of the shower was rather slippery, so possibly a grab bar may be useful, however, this is not a major problem

Room was not spotlessly clean

Room was comfortable, clean and quiet (I was courtyard side). Staff were friendly and attentive. Convenient location near railway station. Overall great value for money if visiting Arras. I would stay again.

If I’m being really picky - there were no power outlets near a mirror (the one in bathroom was for shavers only) so I had to use my hair straightener without a mirror. If that’s the only thing I can pick on you’re doing great :)

Lovely hotel, free ice lollies for kids on check in, and also some little wooden puzzle games for them to keep. A glass of champagne for my husband and I as it was our wedding anniversary. Room was great, spacious and comfortable. Loved the Nespresso machine as well. Good to have table football & ping pong to keep us entertained on a rainy evening! Breakfast was amazing, machines to make your own pancakes, crepes and boil your own eggs. Good selection of pastries and hot breakfast items too. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

The hotel was situated near the centre within easy access to bars, shops and restaurants. It was bright and airy and the rooms clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The choice of fruit, cereals, nuts and seeds, yoghurts, bread, pastries as well as bacon, sausages and eggs was amazing. It was all fresh and very tasty. The car pack has direct access to the hotel. I would stay there again.

Good location next to station and easy walking distance to town Well equipped, comfortable and quiet rooms.

All fine really, but if we're going to be fussy, some of the interesting equipment in the breakfast room (eg. pancake maker and crepes warmer) could do with some instructions on how to use them; maple syrup next to (hardly ever used) pancake machine also needs filling up. In contrast orange juicer was perfect!
