Great location on the edge of the old town. Smart room with separate WC and shower rooms. Spacious 'clubroom' open 24 hours with free snacks and drinks in the evening. Friendly helpful staff. Extensive breakfast with some nice touches.

Hotel has no on-street presence as it's located on the upper floors of the building. Air conditioning in our room was inadequate given the high temperatures outside. Communal area is only cleaned once a day which is insufficient. Breakfast is entirely self-service but needs staff to be more proactive in assisting guests, clearing and cleaning tables etc.

Location is good a few streets from the main square. Hotel is not easy to find. the hotel name is a vertical sign and is next door to a sort of gym. Its a nice street. The sliding door opens and you take the lift to reception on the 2nd floor. You need the room door key for the lift to access the upper bedroom floors. the breakfast lounge area is open plan space with comfortable sofas and chairs. A cozy area has a log effect fire. A good vibe. Hotel decor and furnishings are modern. A water machine is on each floor. Breakfast is not large but had hot and cold food. A good mix of cold with fruit, ham etc. Coffee is from a machine. Loose tea with 3/4 types of tea. Tea & coffee, cake, nuts are available all day. Help yourself, a real bonus. Coffee machine in the bedroom. No tea. Shower and basin is separated from the bed by a trellis screen. Toiletries are in fixed bottles. The toilet is in a separate enclosed room. Bed was comfortable. TV has english speaking news channel.

I had a three night stay at the OKKO, and was so pleased with my choice of hotel. The location was excellent, it was super clean, modern, and all the staff were lovely. I can’t fault it. I didn’t include breakfast with my booking, so can’t comment on that, but the complementary mid afternoon snacks and refreshments were a nice touch.

The only slight quibble was my room had a Nespresso machine (big thumbs up for that), but the coffee capsules that were provided were awful. My suggestion to the hotel would be sample the coffee, then switch to another provider!

I was able to get the room temperature nice and cold, and housekeeping left it exactly like that unlike in other hotels. Nicely designed rooms, very scandi chic but comfortable , really loved the duvet and linen sheets - they’re available to buy which I might consider. Great value for what was provided, nice cake inn the afternoons, free use of the tea and coffee in the lounge, and the room had compostable coffee pods which I thought was great. Everything was high quality, and I was very pleased with my choice. Great location for a little weekend trip to the old town in Lille.

Just one thing I found surprising, no hand / body cream provided.

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this hotel, thanks to the kind and attentive staff who went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The shower’s water pressure was just right, making for a refreshing experience. The 24-hour lounge was a great convenience, allowing us to grab water and light snacks whenever we needed. After a day of exploring, it was the perfect place to unwind. The communal spaces were consistently clean and well-stocked with everything you might need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the delicious desserts. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

There are a few minor improvements that could enhance the experience. The room could benefit from more thorough cleaning before guest arrivals, as we encountered some mosquitoes initially. However, the front desk quickly provided a mosquito repeller plug-in, which quickly resolved the issue. Rooms facing the sun can get quite warm, and the A/C unit struggled to keep it cool. It was also a bit inconvenient to have to go to a designated room to iron clothes, as in-room irons and ironing boards would be more convenient. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Lille!

Breakfast was excellent, good quality and plenty to help yourself to. Staff very professional and helpful but unobtrusive. Rooms functional, clean and very comfortable, with all the facilities needed. The Club/lounge/breakfast room was very contemporary and unique. Very comfy and chilled. Being able to help yourself to free hot drinks and fruit juices, as well as sweet and savoury nibbles 24/7 was great. Overall a great place to stay. Central location made it really easy to get to key railway stations, metro and Lille’s attractions.

Room and facilities were great for a single traveller. Size of bathroom area may be a little compact for a couple.

The room was fine for one, but would have been a squeeze for two. Everywhere very minimal, modern and spotlessly clean. Drinking fountains situated outside the lifts on each floor. Beds were very low, but comfortable with feather and down duvets/pillows. Easy to use air con/ heating. The lights did not require you to leave the key card in - always an annoyance. Plenty of hot water and towels. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Please note that there is a handy charging USB point on the front of the phone so you don't have to fiddle about with adaptors. The wardrobe is low so fine for shirts/blouses/trousers, but there is a multiple point hanger on the wall, which I used for dresses.The breakfast is extensive - including unusually, cooked scrambled eggs and bacon. There are nibbles available in the "club" all day which are free , as is the 'aparretivo' in the early evening. There is a very limited menu in the evening from 20.00 [8.00pm], but it is well cooked, and tasty. There is an extensive wine list in the bar, with fairly average prices 6/7euros for a glass, including a sparkling Vouvray. The hotel is well situated just off one of the main streets [ pedestrianised] ,Rue Bethune, within easy walking distance of both Palais Des Beaux Arts, and the picturesque Old Town.You are spoilt for choice as to where to eat, and there is an excellent gelateria / waffle/crepe outlet just on the corner.

Go with a map of the city! Although the streets are well labelled there are no tourist information boards / signposts or maps anywhere in the city and it is VERY easy to get totally lost. "Strolls around Lille" is simple and excellent. Google maps seem confused by the layout too and is not always necessarily right! There is no kettle in the room, only a coffee maker. Do not try to make the 'Simple' 18 minute walk from EuroLille / Eurostar to the hotel. It is a nightmare. Treat yourself to a taxi, it's worth every cent.

Loved the location and staff were so friendly and helpful. The access to Le Club where you could get snacks, teas and coffees for no additional cost was a nice surprise.

The pillows were a bit too soft but that is me being picky. As we were right in city centre it was quite noisy at night with people partying in street. If you shut the window no problem however it was too early in the season to have air con so we had to have the window open. Not hotels fault but just something to point out

We really enjoyed the hotel, It was amazing how many facilities and extra things you get. If you decide to stay in the hotel the whole day, you could have a great day there - with free snacks and drinks, water, gym, spa, area with games and TV. You could also work if you want. In the evening hotel offers a little food called Aperetivo where you can also get a drink an chat. As said, it is super calm and quiet, which is perfect for a stay with a dog (which is allowed everywhere). Stuff is super helpful and friendly, close to the city center, and feels safe.

Maybe breakfast is a little on a more expensive side; not all the hotel can provide the fridge in the room, but would be handy

The location was great and it was such a quiet hote virtually no noise from the corridors despite it being full the first night. Service was friendly and attentive and we loved the water refill stations. All in all a great spot and would be happy to return.

Storage was a little minimal and the trendy wardrobe didn’t allow you to hang anything long even trousers as it wasn’t tall enough- design flaw. Would have liked to see conditioner and body lotion offered for such a hotel and they only provided one hand towel and one bath towel which meant I had to ask for more for my hair.
