Room spacious. Plenty of extra pillows. Bathroom had walk in shower with shower gel and shampoo included. Bed very comfortable. Lovely view over the gardens/pool area. Hotel was busy but was very quiet never heard anybody. Liked the water dispenser in the corridor with jugs and extra glasses nice little touch and milk isn't in the room but asked at reception and was given a small jug of fresh milk. Staff were great and polite. Restaurant was lovely food was delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast in the morning was lovely plenty to choose from.

We recently stayed here as a family of five (2 rooms) visiting from the UK for the Olympic Basketball in Lille. Perfect spot with a 30 min drive to central Lille. Quiet area, good nearby amenities (Shopping Center and Restaurants), we much preferred being in Noyelles over the hustle and bustle of Lille. Driving from the UK was really easy! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the pool was perfect during the hot weather, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the cot bed was also very comfortable for our baby. We enjoyed the continental style breakfast and evening meal at the Blue restaurant. The older kids enjoyed using the fusball table, making a change from being glued to phones! Overall brilliant value compared to other hotels we looked at.

Lack of lift with pushchair and lots of luggage.

Couldn't have asked for a better break, we wanted a hotel in between Lille and Calais and this was perfect! Really close to shopping and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Children loved the pool after a long day walking around Lille and the staff were great. Breakfast was fully stocked and something for everyone. Would definitely recommend

The staff were fantastic- extremely friendly, informative and helpful. We arrived in the early morning and appreciated that the room was clean, set up with the kids beds and that check out the next morning was at 12. We were also able to have a good value mini breakfast after breakfast had finished for the morning. The mini play area and table football in the reception area kept the kids occupied while we were waiting. Excellent value for money on a stopover on our way back from holidays.

The Tesla parking was very convenient. The room itself was very comfy and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Overall it was a vibrant atmosphere. It was our second visit at this accommodation and the staff are always extremely welcoming. Great value for money!

My only feedback is from my 13 year old daughter that the Nutella machine at the breakfast bar was unsatisfactory as it was extremely not only loud but also slow leading to a large queue which was inconvenient especially when in a rush.

Room size great, comfortable bed and clean, some staff excellent.

Tv didn’t work but staff fixed it. He was lovely and helpful. First night we got there we were told they had over booked. We could have the room but would need to take luggage away and come back and have a different room next day. So we did this and spoke to staff who said no that’s not correct you can stay in room and you didn’t need to move luggage. I would of preferred not to drag luggage around for our first days break. It seemed next lot of staff on were brilliant and understood English better. I am not complaining about language barrier as we also should know more words but I wondered if the young man on reception as he didn’t know English he may of got confused.

The location is excellent for a car journey north or south.It has very secure parking.Helpful staff.

The lighting in the room could be made a little better.The room had been redecorated but with large lamps that were dull.Previously there were adequate lamps that were bright enough for the size of room.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and modern with nice decor. Despite being close to a motorway junction it was a surprisingly quiet location with nice grounds, my child enjoyed the pool, the garden and the table football. Breakfast had some nice touches, e.g freshly squeezed orange juice and good coffee.

Super friendly staff who were great with our puppy. Breakfast is always a delight with peaceful surroundings and a very pleasant spread of foods to choose from and great coffee. Right next to lots of excellent food choices for dinner, plus shopping/petrol too which is a huge plus for us!

We travelled to Lens from Lucern.The hotel is very easy and quick to find,just off the toll motorway. The staff members are always helpful and at hand should you need something. Margo on the front desk always makes us feel as though we are home already.
