Breakfast was adequate and the meals we ate in the restaurant were very good. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help and accommodate us under very trying circumstances. They went out of their way, above and beyond to give us as much assistance as they could and to make our stay in Lens as comfortable as possible. The location was also excellent.

There wasn't a lot to dislike but it isn't really suitable for anyone with walking difficulties as there are long staircases to navigate. The room was a little small but as it was a very last minute booking it was acceptable.

Excellent location - very close to the centre and train station. They were remodelling the restaurannt, so I was unable to try meals. It's a nice friendly little hotel, in a very good location.

The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night and there was nobody to explain what happened. We just went downstairs and outside and then just waited there for 5 to 10 minutes each time then it would stop
