The property had the most amazing outside area and catered to everyone! Though it had a lovely, relaxed ambience, there was a range of activities to choose from to keep the family entertained, such as: pétanque, football and table tennis. There was also a pizza van, fruit trees, and plenty of room for the kids to run and explore around safely.

We were re-roomed last minute due to an issue with the room before we arrived, which meant we were on the ground floor (not a preference as we felt we couldn’t open the window fully/have the shutters open during a heatwave) however the staff were excellent and provided free breakfast for the family which was very well received! The breakfast (also lovely, laidback feel) was fantastic and offered a great choice. The only other negative was the shower was blocked which almost caused a small flood! Luckily the staff were on hand to fix this but it did put a dampener on our day!

Outstanding value for money. After a long day in the car, the chance to have a beer in the bar and to play the many different games- indoor and outdoor- was really lovely. Great location, very easily accessible from the motorway but within a very convenient distance of the centre. Also next to the B'Twin Village, which was a nice surprise. The free parking was very much appreciated, as were the very friendly staff. Nice breakfast, too.

The only small criticism was being unable to control the temperature of the room. It was a hot summer night and we could open the window with the shutter down, but a little bit of cooling would have been nice.

I liked the general sustainability of the building and the hospitality processes. Hospitality process included things like giving one towel each and guests having to ask for it to be replaced if required, and information identifying the 3L and 6L flushes on the toilet. I also noticed the QR code link to a song next to the shower, which indicated that the length of shower should only be as long as the song, to save water. I liked the fact that the room would not be tidied up during the stay as well.

The hotel was quite a walk away from Lille Europe Station.

Good budget hotel, if you are prepared to walk 5-10 minutes then you can walk to the metro which can take you to the centre of Lille, nice bar area in the hotel with reasonable prices and lots of board games to play which were free of charge just like the table football which was a bonus

Beds were hard, you were sleeping on a mattress on a flat piece of wood, towels you had to pay for even though the description was towels were included like toilet paper. we had 1 hand towel for a family of 5 unless we wanted to pay 1 euro for each towel. if you like coffee then there was a communial kitchen which had this but no tea ?

The hotel was basic but perfect for what we needed which was a one night stay to break up a long journey. It was very clean and comfortable and the location was fun with plenty to do. There are local trails and bike paths and a large complex next door. Close to main roads so great for travelling. The hotel was quirky, food was excellent, staff friendly and they had plenty of activities to do in the gardens. I loved that the rooms led you straight outside so it felt very rural

A lot of young people were staying here so it did get a little bit loud at night. It was a very hot day and there was no air con. The rooms are small and basic so I wouldn't have managed a long stay here.

We were greeted with a very warm welcome, the staff member was expecting us and had us checked in with all the information we needed about meal times and facilities within a couple of minutes. The evening meal menu was limited, but what was on offer (mostly pizzas and pasta) was fantastic quality and cooked fresh on site. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a simple continental selection, again of a high standard. Overall a fantastic place to stay for a night or two, would recommend and would stay again.

The rooms are small and fairly basic but clean and comfortable, with good matresses and clean bed linens and towels. Just what we needed for a two night stay. The breakfast is really nice and great value for money. Staff is friendly. The large hotel parking lot is excellent and free, the main reason for us for staying at this hotel.

The sliding door to the tiny bathroom doesn't allow for much privacy when using the toilet and there's just one towel per person for the two nights stay. Other than that, perfect for what we needed.

Rooms were clean and were generally good value for money. The entry area was also making the stay more welcoming. The reception was uncomplicated and friendly.

Maybe it was my own unawareness, but as a backpacker it was a bit difficult to find your way around the area. It just isn't that kind of hotel. I really hoped to find more common with the locals, but I don't know if it's me, but I feel that I was looked down a bit because I didn't speak French.

The location and the parking were great. The use of the kitchen and dining area was useful for our family, as was the garden.

An hour after check-in we reported that 2 of the 6 bed areas didn’t have any lighting. The bulbs were never replaced. Also, the shower hook was broken. There was a large and dangerous screw sticking out of the floor from a broken door stopper.

The room was very clean when I came in, and the check in process was fast. It's located close enough to the city center and the prices are quite affordable compared to the center. Despite not eating there, the atmosphere of the ground floor was really nice.

The shower had some inconsistent temperatures. The room had only 1 window on the gallery side, which makes it not as nice to open or even have the blinds up for privacy's sake.
