The team were very helpful. The bar downstairs was good, nice selection of drinks (not big but nice). It was much cheaper than other hotels that we looked at.

It was a little far out for us, but we did know that it was quite far or before we booked… but the days we were there involved lots of walking around (Tour de France watching right over the other side of the city) so it was a bit of a slog to then get back to the hotel. But if we were just going into the city centre it would only be 15 minutes walk. Our bedroom was a little on the small side too but we didn’t spend much time in it so it was okay.

Wonderful place to stay for a night. Breakfast is really yummy with various things offered (tea, coffee, orange juice, salad, cold cuts, cheese, bacon, eggs, croissant, pain au chocolat, yoghurt, etc). The room is cozy, the heater worked well. With a kettle, tea and biscuit. Bed is nice and firm, good pillows. Good quality towels, shower was nice and warm.

Everythink was great, thank you! I personally suggest that the bedsheets could be changed to 100% cotton ones as the current one was 100% polyester and it does not breath as well.

The staff was super pleasant and helpful. The room was small but clean. The location was okay, however, there was an electric bike stop right in front of the entrance so it took me 7 minutes to city downtown for a really low price. The bus stop and train station are close, 10 minutes walk. Also, we got a small present when checking in since it was the Olympics in Lille - a nice gesture from the hotel!

For that money, I would expect an AC in the room. It was quite hot during the day and night so we opened a window and in 1 hour had 20 mosquitos in the room. Interesting experience. Having at least some "storage" capacity would be nice since there was limited space to leave luggage and not have to jump over it every time I moved around the room.

The location was great. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly even going above and beyond to help us when we left an iPad behind and only realised when we arrived back in Paris. Justine in Reception found it and then arranged for it to be posted back to us. That was exceptional customer service and we were so grateful for this kindness. It topped off what has been a wonderful experience at Paris 24. We also thought the breakfast was good. If you are looking for a no frills stay in a well located clean and friendly hotel then this hotel is for you.

Our stay was exactly as hoped for.

lovely breakfast with a wide variation, great location for reaching the central area but not being within the bustle of visitors, comfortable bed and pillows. water temperatures were consistent and appreciated that the tap water was drinkable.

the cleaning schedule was inconsitent making it difficult to know if our room would be cleaned or if we would not be in the room during cleaning. a small fridge might be a nice addition to be able to store cold drinks but was not a must for either of us.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. It is located in a good, quiet and safe neighborhood, making it an ideal choice for travelers. Only a 10-minute walk from the Lille Europe station, and a 20-minute to Lille Flandres. Highly recommended for a comfortable budget stay.

The staff were very friendly and happy to help with any questions we had also we found the hotel very accessible for our son with special needs and nearby to the 2 main train stations for eurostar links and links to Disneyland Paris.

The area around the hotel didn't seem very clean but don't let this put you off it's a pretty quiet area and close to anything you need.

Great location with a secure car park. 15min walk to centre which has alot to offer.

Only thing I didn't like was the booking process as they took guarantee money from my bank straight away from my booking, then when I arrived I had to pay in full again and then had to wait over 24hrs till my guarantee money was reimburse to me, as I had been traveling around Europe and stayed in plenty of hotels this was my first experience of this, could be stressful if you are on a budget.

The hotel was only a 15 minute walk from the city centre. The room had a lovely shower and it was great to have a fan in the room, given the heat. I really liked the fact that you could make your own freshly made orange juice at breakfast.

I would have liked the hot buffet to be restocked more.

Fantastic staff, really friendly and helpful. Quiet location - it is a 5/10min walk from the centre or a short Metro ride. Superb shower, very comfy bed. A fan was provided and already on when we arrived as it was very hot
