In spite of bad reviews I still chose this place because wanted to stay close to centre of Lille but in more peaceful area - I succeeded 10/10. I had a double room,but wouldn’t recommended for couple.it’s not so spacy,but for me was absolutely enough. Heating was not working,but already noticed and after checking in,asked staff to give an extra blanket -so I helped myself to sleep like a baby 😊.bathroom is super small,but water is perfectly hot and good water pressure. Big plus is that staff is speaking English.I like them 🫶 At night was silent 🤫 so really enjoyed peaceful night rest. It’s a simple place,but everything was good and am satisfied with my stay.location is just perfect because intermarche supermarket is so much better than in the very centre of Lille. I’m not a breakfast eater,so can not rate food. I don’t know what interieur spray they use,but I enjoyed that fresh smell every time when I enter the room 😀.I think i will stay there again! Merci 🫶 Ps they have a venden machine where you can order food - sushi,kebab, pizza.I think that’s nice because supermarkets opened until 8pm

Water glasses in room would be nice.and heating which works.

That was our 2nd stay in this hotel. We had a twin room with shared toilets and showers but eveything was spotless clean. Not bad breakfast. Short walk from a metro station and next to to supermarkets. Perfect for those who drive and Lie and wants to have a cafe car park but also very good for a short stay if you take a public transport to Lille.

Very nice staff and nice bed sheets. The ensuite rooms are small but fuctional and clean. There two supermarket next dooor but completely hidden by a hegde of conifers up the path immediately onto the left of the hotel gate. There's a lavermat to the left and the righ of the main road with traffic lights for pedestrians. Very near metro Mon Sartre.

Someone constantly smoking dope down the corridor..

We spent a good 2 nights at this hotel. the room was clean, quite spacious. The beds are comfortable. The hotel can even be reached on foot from the railway station. There are 2 supermarkets near the hotel. Nothing bad happened, this is not an industrial zone as they wrote in the reviews. Nice private sector. For this kind of money I was happy with our choice.

The room was clean and comfy. The location is also great. There is a metro that goes to the city centre. The hotel itself is located in a quiet neighbourhood and there are stores like Lidl and Intermarche just 2 minutes walk. The staff was welcoming.

The room was an excellent size, very clean and very secure - Great idea with the pin code to get in the room rather than having to keep a key or keycard.

The amount of products available for breakfast wasn't great - what they had was good though.

Easy check in, room was basic but that what we expected. Facilities again were just as expected but clean and usable.

Could have done with an extra pillow and the window to open slightly more

Great budget hotel! Friendly, efficient and helpful. Shared bathroom was easy because there were many individual private shower cubicles.

It's a half-hour walk from Lille Europe, but then again only two stops (5 mins) on the underground, and then a well-signposted 400m from the underground station.

A shower curtain is recommended in the shower room to revent water splash to enable a dry area for clothing.
