The hotel is very stylish, rooms are spacious, clean, well equipped. Good air conditioning. Facilities downstairs were good, old fashioned arcade games, board games, snooker table etc. Nice bar/restaurant (although we didn't eat/drink there apart from breakfast)

We chose the location as it was about a 25 min walk from Stade Pierre Mauroy and that worked very well. However aside from that the location is kind of the middle of nowhere, and the opening hours of the restaurant/bar are very limited. There are no other restaurants/bars around that we could find (and this was a Saturday). There was a supermarket about a 10 min walk away but not much else. We got back from the concert at about 11.15pm and although the bar was still serving there were no snacks so, because the restaurant wasn't open before we left, we went to bed hungry. Even a vending machine might be useful.

I loved my stay here. Quiet, secluded neighborhood on the outskirts of metro Lille. Parking was ample and gated. The staff is friendly; they went the extra mile for me twice. As for breakfast, I signed up for just one of the morning. It was quite affordable and very good!

If you return to the property after 10 pm, there is a short sequence of buttons to push to gain entry to the main gate. The sequence is explained to yo wen checking in but is not written down on anything you are given at check-in.

Spotlessly clean great room on the third floor. Impressive room with a view great shower and bathroom. Can’t fault the hotel but.. there needs to be a sign saying HOTEL RECEPTION.

Signage is poor. The hotel main reception is in the gated car park area at the far end. Go through the doors the reception is on the RIGHT. The hotel experience was also jaded because when we tried to leave the car park the sliding gate would not open. It took the hotel staff thirty minutes to sort out. Made us late for the channel crossing.

We use 2 sat navs for our travels, both units took us to the same place, a locked gate into what looked like an office complex. No way to open the gate so we managed a large circle around the complex to try the other side. This trip took 45 minutes. We eventually arrived at another gate this time open, Parked the van and tried to get into the hotel which looked closed with no lights on. We eventually made our way around the other side of the property still all locked, as we approached one of the doors we noticed a receptionist coming towards us , he opened the door. From our initial arrival it took 1.25 hours to get to our room. The rooms are modern and very good with a good bathroom. Breakfast was 15 Euro so we went for a Mcdonalds. I would go again as I now know how to get in.

No directions to the hotel

Surprisingly good - pretty rooms with animal decorations, a good breakfast, and nice staff. Just make sure you discuss getting into the property before arriving (once the gates close at night), with the hotel - we did and were very pleased to have done so.

Being very modern - and, in part, a shared working space - it has a slightly industrial feel to the buildings/rooms in places. We had a car with us, but I am not sure how you would get on without one. Overall though, a good stay.

Everything, good clean comfortable hotel in walking distance to the Stade Pierre Maury (25mins walk), Breakfast was good and the evening restaurant was good food at a reasonable price. Had a great outside and communal area with games, pool table ect for guests. Would definately recommend.

The restaurant closed Friday and Saturday evening,

All excellent. But we took our own wine to the restaurant in the hotel grounds. They told us no problem. Then when the bill was being paid they added €25 because we brought our own wine. I refused to pay that charge. , They argued but in the end accepted that this was ridiculous because they had done nothing, only added a charge, not even uncorked it, we did that. . This is complete nonsense and visitors to France should be aware that the French are sometimes completely stupid and will try to rip off foreigners. Fortunately I am fluent so they did not get away with that crap.

Our entire stay was excellent, we travel a lot but this was hands down the cleanest and most comfortable place we have stayed in some while

There was literally only one negative, I had checked before we arrived as to whether there would be gluten free items at breakfast, and this was confirmed at check in, but there wasn’t actually any gf items at breakfast in the mornings

Excellent location for our needs - about 15 mins walk to metro and 25 to stadium for the rugby match. We had 2 adjoining rooms so 2 bathrooms and some kitchen facilities. Very comfortable and the balcony was a nice bonus. Easy and free parking so we left the car and used the cheap, fast public transport to the town centre. Fabulous - unless you prefer to be in the thick of things.

Not a fan of the bare concrete ceilings but I'm told this is an architectural thing. Also seemed a bit short staffed, although they were very friendly and helpful when you found them.

Lovely clean, comfortable room and facilities. Helpful and friendly staff as well as efficient. Breakfast was also very good with a wide selection

Breakfast was very busy at 8:30 and the dining area not quite big enough at this time. The bar wasn’t open early evening or when we returned after our evening out
