Very kind front desk staffs. We called early to mention we will be late due to issues with the train and they agreed automatic check-in upon request. Perfect for a couple or with a little older kid (not an infant or teenager) and the room is super comfortable with all facilities. Neat toilets, showers, common dining area with microwave, coffee machine. Very satisfied. Lot of restaurant options nearby

During hot , sultry weather , am not sure how the ventilation in the room will help. If the staffs provide a table fan that would be very useful

Stayed at Hotel Agena because of secure parking. We were going to the rugby World Cup & caught bus 300 yds away into Lille centre- 2euros & approx 30 mins. After the game caught 12.10am bus back which stopped almost outside the hotel. We ate at an Italian restaurant opposite the hotel & had a nice well priced meal. Hotel owner was fabulous. He gave us detailed directions for the bus into Lille & the following evening ask d his wife to take us to a local restaurant then returned himself to take us back to the hotel in time to watch the next rugby match on tv. Was a bit unsure about staying so far from Lille centre but would definitely stay here again. Superb staff, very comfortable bed, good continental breakfast & excellent secure car park which was locked at night. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect for our travel, close to restaurants and shops. Very quiet hotel at night. Breakfast is nice, complete and fresh. Even new hot coffee in the morning. And a very friendly and helpful staff.

We chose a single two person bed which happened to be quite small. Next time would opt for the double beds. Google Maps shows the entrance in the wrong street. It's one crossroad earlier to the left, coming from the highway.

Just the friendliest family run business offering a very comfortable stay in Lille, with plenty of excellent quality local independent restaurants which were recommended by the hotel. Extremely convenient to find with plenty of secure parking & good public transport connections. The rooms are comfortable & amazingly quiet due to the innovative design. Some have been recently refurbished. The breakfast is extremely good value with plenty of choice.

Easy and patient staff. French speaking room service team but willing to communicate via other ways. Location easy to find and easy to access. Room size was decent and comfortable

The floor was very cold (Ice cold). Only thing to complain. Other than that everything was good and satisfying.

Great continental breakfast and really well situated for lots of lovely restaurants. All of these were in walking distance of the hotel. Well paced for the airport and LUC Ronchin.

Missed a kettle in the room and the odd square shaped pillows were a challenge.

The entire facility has been well looked after, tidy, well decorated, organized. The bedrooms are amazingly clean as soon as you enter the room you can tell the rooms, toilet, bathroom & bedroom are extremely clean. I have stayed in many hotels and this is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are very friendly, polite , helpful & made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was lovely again restaurant area was very clean.

There is nothing that I didn't like.

The staffs are very freindly and helpful. Fresh pressed orange juice in breakfast. Good location for car travellers, free parking.

It's a bit hot during our stay, we were not feeling very confortable to keep the window open whole night, as it's ground floor, anyone or any animal may come in.

Bathroom plumbing a bit old-fashioned. No restaurant (but there are nearby options). This hotel is very convenient for the airport & nearby trading estates - which is why I was there! - but otherwise the area has nothing for visitors.

Very nice people, simple and pleasant accommodation, 15 mins away from the old town and 10 mins from Stade Pierre Mauroy (we were in Lille for the RWC23)
