The room was big enough for our family size and it was very clean! It was nice that we could make some tea and coffee inside our room. The bathroom as also large enough and clean! All things that matter to us when book a room. The staff in the restaurant were really kind to us and the kids! Kudos to them!

The lack of a mini Fridge in the room. When travelling with babies, a fridge is handy to keep baby food! We also did not like the fact that there were all sorts of dirty utensils outside the rooms - I think these were left by pervious occupants! It is better to keep these away otherwise the look of them while going to check in your room gives you the feel of an untidy place!

I picked this hotel because it offered easy parking (I was travelling with a large trailer) and 24hr check-in. The room I was given was very spacious, with two double beds and a large bathroom. The shower was excellent, hot and powerful. I was only staying one night but would have been happy to have been here for longer.

There was a problem getting me checked-in, I think because the computer had been shut down for the night and couldn't be restarted. The staff member on duty was friendly and helpful, and the delay wasn't his fault. But I arrived at 3.30am and was ready for bed, the ten-minute delay was really painful!

We arrived after midnight which we had flagged and we had done the online checkin. We instantly received the key when we arrived and pro actively were offered bowls for our dog. It was very nice since we were really tired. Staff very friendly, family room spacious and wonderful beds, good airconditioning. Perfect facility in the morning to walk our dog around the hotel. Recommend this hotel absolutely when travelling with family and/Or dog. Plenty of parking space.

Where do I start, the hotel is the cleanest (spotless) place we've stayed on our many trips to different places in France. The staff clearly work hard to maintain the hotel. There wasn't even a single water stain on the shower glass. The beds were comfortable, the bedding was nice and soft. The room was also very spacious and smelled lovely. It was very peaceful, we couldn't hear the nearby motorway or the party happening in the restaurant. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. There's ample free parking onsite. I could go on and on... Well done team Mercure!

My family and I (family of 4) cannot fault the hotel. The only negative if I'm being picky is the abandoned wreck of a building as you approach the hotel. It gives a negative first impression. Also maybe a small fridge would be the cherry on top. We didn't use the facilities so I can't give it top marks but I'm sure it's a fabulous as the rest of the hotel.

Nice breakfast, especially good selection cold items. Hot items limited and not as fresh looking but cook your own boiled or fried eggs nice. Very friendly at check in.

Room given 130 had strange and not pleasant smell. But friendly guy in reception was understanding and able to swop room which was much much better (although not quite as modern bathroom as first room).

We stayed at the hotel as were were attending the Olympics. The room was excellent (able to watch some events which we didn't have tickets for) and the restaurant was great. The reception staff were outstanding, helping us to book travel to Lille and onwards to the train station for the next part of our trip. Would totally recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We checked in late. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. This is our third stay at the hotel as it is in an excellent location when driving through France. Recommend with question.

The hotel is sprawling/huge. Signage could be a little improved. But this is nothing, overall excellent experience.

Breakfast buffer closing at 9.30 seems a bit steep , but the manager was kind enough to warn us to buy 2 breakfasts with 5 min to go. Couldn’t get the heating to work… but who expects such abysmal weather on May 27

I had the express breakfast and was a great experience. If you, as me, are used to have just a cappuccino and croissant, I warmly suggest to don't spend 19€ for buffet breakfast. With 9€ you can have the express breakfast and you can get a hot beverage, croissants and orange juice. I was super happy and I really appreciated this formula.

Close to motorway network, so it was an easy journey arriving and then continuing the onward journey. There is a great large outside parking facility. Lovely room with comfortable bed & nice ensuite. Fun restaurant “La Flamme.”

Nothing to say. The location suited our needs but some city lovers may prefer to be closer to the centre of town. It’s near the airport though, for airline customers.
