This was a typical Ibis room, so no surprises. Bed was comfortable, shower was good. Staff were really helpful and lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a drink in the bar at the end of the evening and it was a nice, peaceful place to be. We had not ordered breakfast in advance but it was no problem buying it on the day. The breakfast buffet was a lot more extensive than I had imagined it was going to be and the food was absolutely delicious.

The hotel was a lot further out of town than we had imagined and was a 20 minute underground train ride away, although the staff were very helpful in pointing us in the right direction, and the journey was extremely easy. It was great to have an on-site car park although the entrance was extremely narrow, steep and a little tricky to get a larger car into, although we did manage and it was great to have the security of the car park.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the hospitality that they gave to us was above am beyond what we expected it to be!

The twin size room could have needed a bit more space but these things are sometimes out of our control. The room was clean comfortable and everything worked as it should have!

Location was a bit odd. Not much going on. Overpriced for the Olympics but probably great value normally.

Ideal for our requirements. Very friendly and helpful staff, room ideal for short stay, clean and comfortable.

Closer to Eurostar rail would have been good, but our choice to stay here.

Unforrunatwly there was no socket in the bathroom.

There wasn’t anything not to like. Staff were exceptional and they would do anything for us.

Only complaint was the bacon.

Parking was very goon and nice Breakfast.

No water was provided at room.
