The hostess Isabelle was really lovely and attentive, the room was very comfortable, too many extra things to mention that made all the difference such as lavender spray to aid a restful nights sleep- not that any assistance was required as very peaceful indeed! Delicious breakfast delivered in the morning. A wonderfully serene place with a small lake, lots of different birds both on the lake and around the land beside a well kept garden including emus - which make the loveliest quiet grunting sound! We would definitely go again.

The absolute only thing that we found a tad disappointing was that the description depicted a balcony area - this turned out to be the top of the steps up to the room, not somewhere you could sit and relax- however after the initial wave of disappointment we were completely won over by the rest of the environment.

A charming, magical room set in a garden full of enchantment and animals.The whole place was an oasis of calm, just the sound of the birds and running water. Isabelle was a lovely host. We looked forward to her knocking on our door in the morning with a basket of bread and pastries fresh from the boulangerie. A delightful place to relax.

This is a lovelyFrench country farm property - beautiful pond with geese, etc, peacocks, goats, a rooster(!), Isabelle our hostess was so sweet and kind and brought us fresh breads from the local bakery for breakfast. The room was comfortable and cozy and we slept well.

The plumbing ( toilet, shower) and wiring ( for outlets near the bed) are somewhat outdated and need some work but overall we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay here!

Convenient location for the Shuttle stayed overnight for onward travel. Old barn loft conversion so steps up outside and height restrictions on ceiling if super tall! Host welcoming and provided all we needed.

Metal steps access steep but safe and room well worth the effort with coffee machine, microwave and toaster all provided.

Beautiful quiet area with a wonderful menagerie of friendly animals! Very friendly host.

Sadly it was very hot (out of control of the host) and sleep was disturbed because of this. Also lots of biting insects but again to be expected in the country. No negatives the host can control!!

I liked the hygiene, the breakfast, overall nature and atmosphere of the place. The calm scenery at the pond the trees and interesting animals around was perfect for us. The host was very friendly and helpful.

The owner is very friendly and kind. She has a variety of rescued animals that made our stay interesting and enjoyable. Having a cupboard full of breakfast ingredients as well as freshly delivered bread and croissants was a great way to start the day.

The external metal staircase up to the room might be a challenge for some.

Everything. Fantastic little place. Very lovely and friendly owner, who speaks English, which was very helpful. The place is very charming and has a lot of character. It was very well equipped, and also has a few cool animals around. It was very relaxing. Despite us staying there only one night, we enjoyed our stay there a lot. There was also a fridge in the apartment, which came in very handy. The place was very clean as well. If you like being in the countryside, you will love this place for sure ! I highly recommend trying it out !

There was nothing to dislike.

Isabelle was very welcoming and her recommendation for a nearby restaurant suited us very well. We enjoyed the variety of animals in the paddock. Breakfast in the room with fresh bread delivered sent us on our way in very good heart.

Very good host. Good location. Safe parking.. I would definitely visit again if I'm on the area.

Excellent for couple. Not sure about having kids on the trip as not a designated bed. It is mentioned on advert though.
